”Cute place very close to Judith Point lighthouse. Host was very helpful, sent regular emails to ensure smooth check in/out. If it’s your first trip to the area - beach access nearby is rocky, more for surfing, not beach sitting. No access to lighthouse (it’s on a secure location) but has a grassy overlook with benches.”

”I must be honest, I wasn’t the one staying there, but live in the area. I got there before my daughter and her family arrived and it was clean with a lovely welcoming sign. Everything you needed was there. The only unwelcome thing was the blizzard. The house is great in a super area and I can only imagine how great it would be to sit on the deck and walk to the beach. ”Only one tv for 6 people, no internet or tv service for first 24 hours. Had to use our own streaming services to watch anything. No lamps on bedside nightstands. Some windows didn’t open. Screened porch was in a state of disrepair. Limited kitchen utensils. Thankfully the kids enjoyed the pool and play area in yard. Personally I would rather stay at a Marriott.”

”This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. ”The house is spotless, recently updated and very well stocked with all the necessities. Clean linens and towels ( shower and beach) are also provided. Big deck to relax and quiet neighborhood, 5 minute drive to ocean and beer shops: restaurants. Benjamin was a gracious host. Perfect for families.”

”This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 12 of us and we all had plenty of space. The living/family room, dining area, kitchen, and bar area was amazing and the highlight of the home. We were able to all gather and easily cook and have family dinners all together. ”Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”
