”A wonderful last minute family getaway at the beach. We were so impressed to find the perfect place to stay for a few nights, with gorgeous ocean views, plenty of space with bedrooms on multiple levels, fully equipped with everything we needed, and lots of unexpected bonuses such as lawn games, a big fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The house was so clean, beds were all new and comfy, and loved the big table outside for family dinner. Ann Marie is an excellent host. The reservation, check in...

”Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! ”

”Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!”
