âThe host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. â

âOnly stayed one night however the staff was very professional, courtesy and helpful. The room & facility was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. Ample parking and I was towing a trailer which can be an issue in some hotel parking lots.â

âIt was a very nice hotel. After a long days drive, this was a perfectly clean, comfortable hotel to relax in. The price to bring your dog along was too expensive. All other hotels we stayed in were free of charge. Other than that, a great hotel. â
