”Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Große lichtdurchflutete Zimmer. Alles sauber. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal mit mehreren Sprachkenntnissen. Gute Anbildung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. (Vom Flughafen fährt ein Bus). Tolle Dachpools mit einem großen Infinitypool. Meer gegenüber. Das Frühstück ist bisschen anders als gedacht bzw. gewöhnt, aber man findet sich etwas. Leckerer Kaffee. Traumhafter Urlaub !”

”Pictures of the hotel do not tell correct story. They have been expertly done so that the huge parking lot is not visible. But still the view from seaside is amazing when you look over the parking lot and do not get disturbed by landing or taking off planes. On the other hand do not book the room from city view as it is directly to ugly ship yard. Overall the condition of the public wet spaces were below par and very simple and looked used. ”Really basic level hotel so overpriced for what it is. Room has space but the layout and furniture are appalling. Bed is hard and they use hospital style plastic under the sheet. ”Hotel has excellent location just at the center of Naha. Staff was nice. But, the hotel is not so clean as it could be. The rooma are cleaned only once a week. The hotel does not have a restaurant which is open in the evening and there is no bar. The pool area is small and quite unconfortable. I didn't see any person on pool area on my 10 days stay.”

”The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village.”
