”We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!”

”Water leak caused water to be shut off during the night. We were told they were waiting for maintenance to come in at 8:30 am. No showers, no toilets, no sense of urgency from the staff. TV barely functioned. Not the first time we've experienced this at this hotel in the past year. We were told the problem would be addressed but clearly that was lip service. Rethinking using this hotel on our periodic trips in the future. No offer of a discount or credit on a future stay.”

”I really like the set up of the rooms in a Tru Hilton hotel. Beds are great, bathroom is great, hooks on the wall, a pull out desk so you can watch tv. Heating and cooling system works well. Great hotel.”

”We were in town to see a sick relative and this hotel was not only convenient to get to but the parking was superb- there was coffee available 24/7 and the daily breakfast was outstanding! Always delicious muffins-and not with the fake fruit that is sometimes used in hotels! The hot tub was amazing although the pool was cold! The staff were friendly and welcoming! The bed was very comfortable and room was nicely decorated!”

”Nice clean and bright room that was well appointed. Don’t let the location affect your choice to stay at this property. It was peaceful and a terrific stay in every way!”

”Everything was moist. Felt like I was in a moldy room there was so much moisture on everything! Staff was helpful thpugh not enough people. Location is terrible with poorly signed entrances. Wifi was useless and towels were scratchy. The worst hotel experience I ever had.”

”The sink in bathroom was clogged and the tub the cleaning lady took the towels and didn't replace the my mom 78 yrs old and the floor in the bathroom was wet no towels and slipped Harriblre expirense”

”My grampa/mom/dad had to leave their trip a weeks early and because no one told me I had to call within 24 hours I lost thousands of dollars. I will be posting all about it-very disappointed!!”

”The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.”

”This hotel is in a great location. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Quiet location even though it’s on the main road. There was a nice pool and small gym area and a cute outdoor sitting space that was enjoyable in the later evening. A small bar/breakfast area if you needed it. Great hotel for a night or two.”
