âThe room was dusty - I think from the a/c unit. The walls in the hallway were crumbling. The distance from the room to the elevator was quite long and I had multiple bags to carry (no one offeredt to help with them). The electric signage outside, on top of the building was out.â

âJe laisse rarement des avis nĂ©gatifs, mais mon expĂ©rience dans cet hĂŽtel mĂ©rite dâĂȘtre partagĂ©e.
Ă notre arrivĂ©e, mes deux enfants et moi avons dĂ» changer de chambre Ă trois reprises. Les deux premiĂšres chambres qui nous ont Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©es prĂ©sentaient des draps sales ainsi quâune forte odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able. AprĂšs plusieurs allers-retours Ă la rĂ©ception, nous avons finalement obtenu une troisiĂšme chambre, oĂč jâai malgrĂ© tout dĂ» changer moi-mĂȘme les draps dâun des lits.
Cette situation nous a fait...

âCame here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, wish we looked else where. Pool and spa were closed for âinspectionâ, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia). Employees had zero dress code, in t shirts and gym shorts. All ammedities were not available, that being the restaurant, pool/spa, wine cellar, and cafe. Tennis court is abandoned. Breakfast was little to nothing, and the food that was there was covered in...

âOverall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didnât feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! â

âStaff was friendly. Room was very clean and did not have any odors, however the bed was horribly uncomfortable and our tv remote did not work. Our neighbors were rather loud however the room served it's purpose and was not the worst expereince.â
