2-MILES alkaen DOWNTOWN / BROADWAY / VANDY! TULEA RAVINTOLOILLE ja RETAILLE! "Caroline House Nashville", joka perustettiin vuonna 1921, on täysin kunnostettu Luxury Historic bungalow, joka julkaistiin keväällä 2015 paikallisten tiedotusvälineiden, kuten Tennesseanin ja CBS News Channel 5: n kautta! Tämä viehättävä design-asunto sijaitsee Nashvillen historiallisessa kaupunginosassa Historic 12South / Melrose!

Olemme havainneet, että ryhmät vievät omaisuuttamme etsittäessä täydellistä tilaa erityiselle juhlalliselle tilaisuudelle. Luxury-sviiteissä on omat kylpyammeet, pehmeät kylpytakit, isokokoiset pyyhkeet, italialaiset Frette-levyt ja sama "Heavenly Bed" -patja, jonka löydät Westin-hotelleista. Ole valmis nauttimaan viihtyisistä palveluista viiden tähden hotelleilla, mutta ei viiden tähden hinnalla!

Keittiö on höystetty pois Williams-Sonoma- ja Potterybarn-luettelosta, jossa on huippuluokan laitteita ja parhaita keittiövälineitä ja tarjoiluvälineitä, jotka ovat käytettävissäsi.

Family Reunion July 2022

After months of staying home, the Caroline House was the perfect location for our family reunion. There were numerous amenities and plenty of space for guests. Ashley made the checkin and checkout very helpful. This is an excellent location for family fun and easy access to downtown area.

A beautiful place to relax and unwind. There are plenty of things to do nearby, or you can relax on the property - hang out on the porches.Rooms are very clean and they thought of every amenity to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing Guys Trip

We had a group of 11 guys stay in the house over the past 4+ days last week. We rented the entire house. I'm not sure where to even begin. This was by far the best and smoothest run VRBO rental I've ever rented. We absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful experience from initial booking until departure. Ashley (the proprietor) made herself available for anything we needed but in all reality I don't think I called/texted her once during our stay as every little detail was covered from the get go. The biggest pros from our group was space and the location. We never once felt cramped at all. The main living area is large with a big dining table and counter space along with very comfortable couches. The backyard area was very nice with outdoor couches and chairs. We cooked two nice meals at the house and never found ourselves looking for a pot/pan/utensil or seasoning as this house has it all. The location was perfect for us. We never had more than a 10 minute Uber ride for everything we did while in Nashville. It was a 5 minute walk to both the very nice Publix grocery store and the incredible Hattie B's Hot Chicken. We frequented both places multiple times. Overall, every guy on the trip stated how happy and impressed they were with the house. We would absolutely stay at this house again if we ever find ourselves back in Nashville!

Stay was great

Huge historic house with all the basics. Adorable house dog. Very quiet and cozy. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Hosts got back to us quickly and supplied items, as needed. Would recommend scheduling a cleaning during stay if staying more than 4 days.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

We had an amazing week in Nashville with our entire family, largely because of this property. The house and its owners are welcoming and warm and its size was perfect for us all to spread out--but yet gather on the amazing back patio (fireplace), play pool/darts in the basement and cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner. I can't recommend this place more highly.

Unforgettable Stay!

Our stay at the Caroline House for our daughter's wedding could not have been better! We booked the"run of the house" for family, some of the bridal party, and the bride. Our hosts took such great care of us : ensuring we had plenty of extra towels and linens, clearing leaves in the gorgeous outdoor spaces for wedding photos, and even offering to run any morning-of errands. The house is spotless and filled with beautiful and inviting furnishings. The kitchen is well-stocked, and plenty of firewood is provided for the outdoor fireplace, which we fully enjoyed on several crisp fall evenings. The Caroline House was perfect for our family's special event. We look forward to returning and for a B&B stay on our next visit to Nashville. Thank you, Ashley and Michael( and Desti the house dog!)for an unforgettable weekend!

Very quaint well appointed Home in a great location!

Highly recommend This home away from home! They thought of everything to add to the enjoyment of your stay! Plush bedding, soft robes, chocolate, adult beverages, local coffee and so much more that added that special touch! Excellent Inn - Comfy and a great place to chill!

I have stayed at the Caroline house two times, the last time was a "run of the house" where we rented the entire Inn during Vanderbilt graduation weekend (we booked 18 months in advance). We enjoyed both stays, and it was an especially great choice for a hectic weekend like graduation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood location, so a real chance to chill out, but walking distance to great shops, restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a short uber or taxi ride to downtown and the college campuses and other Nashville locations. The bedrooms are high quality, with every detail considered. The most thoughtful inn or b and b you will stay in. And the proprietor and host are excellent!! I am picky and I give the Caroline house my very highest rating. Great beds and showers!

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home in a great area close to town!

My husband and I rented this home for a holiday retreat with our children and grandchildren, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Not only is the house beautifully decorated, the owners have included so many nice touches that made us feel right at home -- from the heavenly beds to the provided coffee and accoutrement, we were delighted with our stay. The house is close to several of the Nashville area hotspots, but tucked in a beautiful neighborhood. Ashley was a great communicator before, during and after our trip, and Shawn greeted us and made sure we were all set.

Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is furnished with everything anyone might want, all high quality and charming. The owners offered wonderful tips on the local area, the city and the surrounding area. We will be back!

Picture perfect

Four couples LOVED staying here for a long weekend in Nashville. Ashley was wonderful to work with and made our stay easy. We had a nice welcome to the home with delicious coffee, local chocolates and vodka! It was clean and accommodating. Location is perfect for exploring the 12 south area. Great suggestions for eats and things to do in a binder. We did uber to other parts of town (average cost around $12). We rented the entire house. If you don't, you may be in quite close contact with others also renting just a room. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the evenings with a cozy fire. Would definitely recommend and return. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Only disappointment for me was their dog was not around.

The Caroline house was so beautiful with attention to every detail.

Ashley thought of everthing and was there for us throughout the booking, recommendations and our stay. The property is charming with all the modern conveniences. We walked to 12th Street for coffee, donuts, food and shopping. This is one of the best VRBO I've ever stayed in.

AMAZING home only minutes from downtown!

I can't share enough about how great this home and the owners are! The home has plenty of historical charm with beautiful antique furniture throughout but also offers all the modern amenities to make your stay relaxing. The outdoor spaces (front porch and back covered patio) are wonderful spots to relax with friends/family. The neighborhood setting is peaceful and you're only a five minute uber ride to downtown attractions. The owners, Ashley and Michael, welcome you with genuine southern hospitality (and their dog is pretty awesome too!). Cannot recommend enough!

Better than we ever expected

Easy to get to. Easy to go downtown. Love the house dog. Made us feel right at home. Outside covered pario was perfect place to gather. Would highly recommend.

Awesome, Fabulous, Amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous home in a beautiful well established quiet neighborhood in Nashville. Loved the easy walk to 12 South area. The home had every amenity we could imagine. The extra touch of local coffee beans, drinks and snacks in the fridge were a great unexpected plus! Michael and Ashley truly showed us some outstanding Southern hospitality. The short ride to downtown and the airport make this home a perfect place to stay!

Southern Charm and Hospitality

We recently celebrated my birthday at the Caroline House with a group of friends and it was unforgettable! The owners, Ashley and Michael, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even took care of picking up my surprise birthday cake and decorating the house for my arrival! The house is gorgeous and they have thought of every detail you need to feel at home. The back porch with the fireplace was our favorite spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails! This home and it's owners get 5 stars from us!

Awesome House

A great house, great owners and great location. We were in town for a 50th Birthday, 4 couples and the house was perfect - 4 bedroom and 4 bath, plenty of room and just a short uber to downtown. Would be hard to find a better place to stay.
