Unit #1016 is a 4 Bedroom town home.

1st level:
2 car garage (we do not provide garage door openers, you`ll need to open it from inside the home).
Bedroom #1- King size bed, T.V
*En-suite Full Bathroom with walk-in shower and walk in closet

2nd level:
*half bath
Bedroom #2- Full size bunks (small patio with 2 chairs), no T.V in this room
Living room - Queen size pull out and twin cot. (No air mattress!)
Full kitchen with an island that sits 4 and a dining table for 6. We have two coffee makers- one for drip coffee and one Keurig for pods

3rd level:
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen size beds, a TV, and 2 Twin size cots.
*En-suite Full Bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet.
Bedroom #4- King size bed, T.V.
*En-suite Full bathroom with walk-in shower and walk in closet.

-Washer and dryer are on 3rd level.

*3rd level:
Bedroom #3. Two single beds-each with a single size trundle= 4 single beds. Walk in closet, Tv. Patio is just off this bedroom with seating for 5. True Jack and Jill bathroom with Tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #4. King bed (shares Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3). Walk in closet, no tv.

Washer and Dryer are on the 3rd level.

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON`T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.

If you choose to bring a car we have (2) 2 car garages. One for each unit. We do not provide a garage door opener, you`ll have to open it from inside.

We love recommending Uber/Lyft for our guests to use. There are also electric scooters around the area for you to use powered by a phone app. These are perfect for getting around the whole city!

**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
