We do have a pet crate policy for this home. When dogs are left unattended we ask that they remain in their crates. Good to Know Before Booking (Clear Expectations)

We believe great stays start with transparency:
**To protect our home and its contents from small accidents not covered by traditional home/rental insurance, we require a $500 refundable deposit withdrawal 2 days before check in, and refunded 2 days after check out ! Thank you so much for understanding!
* This home is part of a duplex / multi-unit property, meaning another rental is nearby.
Most guests say this did not affect their stay, but it’s important to know in advance. The design is brilliant! The bedrooms are on the outside walls, with adjoining wall bordering only the kitchen and dining room.
* The fire pit may be shared or accessed by another guest on occasion.
* The layout reflects the character of the home—some spaces (like a half bath) are compact, while the full bath is spacious and well-appointed.
