The Neighborhood is steps from the Gulch and Broadway and has easy access to any other part of the city. Belmont and Vanderbilt University are both very close as well. Great local eateries are all around this property.

Family Vacation

House was a nice size for our family of 10. House could be cleaner. Property manager was easy to communicate with except for when we checked in and needed clean sheets had no response. A suggestion would be to have a book there with information about the house. If it wasn’t for the maintenance person being there would not been able to get WiFi password.

Life in a DORM - terrible

House is nice and they play on the "sizzle"(beauty - superficial) but this is definitely a rental with no care for the next guest. NO BOX SPRINGS on beds - NO MATTRESS PADS or PILLOW COVERS - Mold in the washing machine - arrived to find overloaded garbage cans from the previous renters. We had to clean our own washrooms (hair in the tub and filth from previous renters). We found a bottle of hand soap on the wall between 2 nails - seriously! Beautiful home but it was like living in a dorm! Would not recommend - disappointed considering what we paid. No offer to buy us a coffee for our trouble

Great location for our family vacation

Your property served our family well. We appreciated the two rooms with king sized beds, two double beds in one room and a queen bed with a twin bed in one room. There was a total of eight of us in our family. We cooked breakfast in your lovely kitchen and appreciated the dishwasher. We used the top deck each morning as a gathering place upon waking and enjoyed it one evening. The view was lovely. Thank you so much for everything.

Great Place & Close to Action

Generally we were very happy with the property. Its my understanding that its new to the market place and as I owner of 3 short term rentals myself I think honest reviews are important. Its hard to beat the location. We walked to the Gulch District every morning for breakfast and even walked to Broadway a day or two. If walking isn't your thing its a $8 UBER ride to/from Broadway. House has nice finishes, its new, its fresh, and its clean. I wouldn't say it has the nicest furniture in the world. One of the double bed frames fell apart during the middle of the night with a 130lb girl in the bed. The king and queen size mattresses were of decent quality. The double size mattresses were about as cheap as the come. We informed the manager that we were short towels. The house sleeps 12, we had 10 in our group, and there were towels for 8 people. We asked for more and the manager responded immediately that they would bring some over. BUT, they didn't bring them until 2 days later. So we shared. There were TV's in all the bedrooms and living room which was nice. Sadly one of the king bedrooms and the bedroom with the double beds didn't have remotes that worked, nor did the living room. We did inform the manager and they did send someone over to look at it the afternoon before we checked out. All 10 of us agreed we would stay here again. I hope that this review doesn't discourage anyone from renting this property. That certainly is not the point! When you pay almost $1,000/night it would be nice to have enough towels, working TV's, and decent beds. I trust the manager/owners will work the kinks out and we will be back!

Great location, Beautiful city views

I had invited some friends for a surprise birthday party for my wife. We fit 10 comfortably. The kitchen and island were great for cocktails and Apps. Space for everyone for a nice dinner. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck to enjoy the views of the city. Easy Uber ride to/from Broadway. Also walkable (~1.5 miles). Unbelievable weekend in a great city.
