Kaksi queen-size-vuodetta. Yksi kahden hengen kokoinen sohva olohuoneessa. Kansi pois 3. kerroksen makuuhuoneesta. 8 minuutin ajomatka 5 pisteeseen, 15 minuuttia keskustaan (halpa Uber-ajomatka!), alle 15 Opryland / Opry Millsille.

Avaruus:

Tämä alle vuoden vanha koti sijaitsee 13 mailin päässä Nashvillen kansainväliseltä lentokentältä (BNA) noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Langaton internet. Olohuoneen televisiossa on peruskaapeli ja sisäänrakennettu Google Play, joten voit suoratoistaa laitteeseen. Apple TV makuuhuoneessa.

Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, toisessa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on oma kylpyhuone, Master 3. tasolla oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa kerroksessa on 1/2 kylpyamme.

Koko talo on sinun, myös 3. kerroksen kansi, joka on täydellinen hengailua varten ja rentoutumiseen yöllä bistrovalojen alla! Pysäköinti on kadulla edessä tai yhdessä pysäköintipaikassa takana (2 pysäköintipaikkaa sallittu). Vieras saa 24 tunnin pääsyn koko kotiin.

Naapurusto:

Sijaitsee Hip East Nashvillessä, ja siellä on paljon ainutlaatuisia ravintoloita, kahviloita ja baareja. Siellä on suuri Shelby Bottoms -puisto, josta voi mennä piknikille tai mennä pitkälle kävelylle. Kaikki tämä vain lyhyen matkan päässä Nashvillen keskustasta!

Liikkuminen:

Kävelymatkan päässä muutamasta pikaruokaravintolasta ja Dollar Generalista. Myös kävelyetäisyydellä on hieno italialainen tapahtumapaikka (Nicoletto's), kolme mahtavaa baaria (Walden, The Fox, Mickeys). Ajomatkan päässä lähikaupoista, huoltoasemalta ja ravintoloista. Olemme vain 8 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Five Pointsista ja noin 15 minuutin päässä Broadwaysta, jotta voit honky-tonk. Voit Uber tai Lyft melkein missä tahansa haluat olla noin 5–10 dollaria.

Family Fun on Fall Break

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. It was very easy to communicate with our host and the property was just fabulous... easy check in, super clean, convenient, safe, "chic" decor, just perfect. The host was able to point us in the direction of some of the local favorite places to eat which we found very helpful. A big thumbs up and would highly recommend!

First Nashville Visit

Wonderful property…can’t say enough about it. Location was very convenient to downtown, restaurants, etc. This home was extremely clean and comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate with. Home had all amenities as listed in description. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

I would absolutely recommend this property. We were debating between place downtown or East Nashville. I'm so glad we chose East Nashville. We were able to get the best of both worlds. The place is decorated so well that you definitely get the Nashville vibe without the craziness of staying downtown. Every little detail and knickknack is well chosen. I loved the layout of one bedroom on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor and the common living area in between. The rooftop deck and firepit were a great way to relax at night. Parking was easy and it was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The natural lighting in the upstairs bedroom is great, but I would recommend packing a sleep mask for those who like to sleep in because it gets very bright in the morning. The place had everything we needed and more! There are multiple hair dryers even though the description seems to mention only one (so no need to pack your own). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved our time

Four of us girls stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed - lots of towels, silverware, toilet paper, etc. Perfect location too - seemed to be a 8-10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go, which made Ubers quite cheap too ($7-$10). It was quiet at night which was nice! There are also a lot of cute places to eat/drink nearby in East Nashville. Food store, liquor store, dollar general close by if needed. We stayed during a very hot weekend in July, and the air conditioning was great in the home! No humidity at all. The host Madison was very responsive. Would stay here again :)

Beautiful and clean property in great location!

My husband and I traveled to Nashville with our two daughters, 14 and 9. We all loved the property. It's tastefully decorated and extremely clean. There is tons of natural light, and the layout was great for our family. My husband and I were on the third floor in the primary suite with a large walk-in shower and roof top patio, which we all enjoyed. My daughters stayed in the second bedroom, which is on the ground floor and also has it's own full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you'll be cooking at all during your stay. The property is in an an older area where many buildings are being newly renovated. You can easily walk to a couple different coffee shops, and the best record store in town is right across the street. It's a quick drive to get downtown. We can't say enough great things about Madison, the owner. We had a few questions for her during our stay and she replied immediately. She is very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome getaway!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a blast. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Very calm and quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action with a short drive. Perfect location for a group looking to enjoy peace and quiet after going out during the day.

Girls Trip - 50th year

From the time we booked to the time we left the beautiful property this was a seamless experience. There were 3 of us middle-aged ladies celebrating a 50th anniversary (left the husbands at home though). The accommodations were exactly what was stated in the description but the best part of the property was the 'roof top patio'. We had our coffee out there in the mornings & our cocktails before retiring. It was great! Madison was available whenever we had questions and even when we needed propane for the gas fit pit on the patio it was there the next day. I can't say enough about how attentive she was. There a lot of steps to climb but with living area's on 3 floors you expect that & it even gave us a little bit of a workout daily. Ubers were easy to get & were only about a 10-15 minute drive to Broadway or the Opry Hotel area.....reasonable pricing also. It is a very quite neighborhood and we always felt safe with our surroundings. We thoroughly enjoy our trip & our rental experience. I (we) would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars are not enough but well deserved.

We came to Nashville for a long weekend visit with my daughter. The home was perfect and we all had a wonderful time. It is very spacious and the rooms being on separate levels worked out well. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. It exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend

Perfect East Nashville Condo

My husband and I stayed at Madison's condo while visiting our son and his family in East Nashville. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Madison was very responsive both before the trip and while we were there. We were lucky enough that it was walking distance to my son's home. We had a great trip and I would highly recommend this location, in fact, we are staying there again in April.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property in a month. Everything was great both times. Cleanliness is very important to me, especially right now. It was super clean, and stocked with hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes.

East Nashville trip

This property is awesome! Located in a great, quiet part of town but close to everything. During the pandemic, my main concern was cleanliness. Madison assured me the townhouse would be deep cleaned and sanitized and it was! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Townhouse

Loved this townhouse/condo close to downtown Nashville. It was perfect for our long weekend visit. The property itself was very clean, cute, and set up with guest needs in mind. The owner left local craft beers for our group to try, which was a nice touch. We were centrally located and didn't have long drives to any of the local attractions we wanted to see. I highly recommend this property for a great getaway!
