Please note that there is a Gate around the entire complex (code will be given with checkin instructions).

Designated parking in a car port for 1 car only (9 ft. clearance). There is available street parking for any additional cars (please be sure to check street signs to avoid towing)!

Just a 3-minute drive from our home, Germantown is a charming, historic neighborhood in Nashville known for its vibrant atmosphere and blend of old-world architecture with modern touches. Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. Popular attractions include the Nashville Farmers' Market, the iconic red-brick buildings, and the historic Germantown Café.

Broadway: 1.6 Miles

The Gulch: 1.8 Miles

BNA: 9.3 Miles

Walkability: There are coffee shops, a grocery store and a pub within walking distance, but we find taking a quick Uber to be the most expedient!

Ride Shares are readily available at all times of the day!
