The space
The space is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Craftman home originally built in the late 1940s. In 2021 it underwent a full renovation to add all the modern touches you would expect in a new home. With granite countertops, Hardwood floors throughout, a brand new dream kitchen, and an oversized shower in the primary bathroom this house will exceed your expectations, and have you never wanting to go home.

You will have access to the entire house.

Other things to note:
This house is on a wonderful street in a wonderful neighborhood, but East Nashville is a transitional neighborhood. With that said make sure you lock your car doors, and place any valuables out of sight when leaving them unattended, and make sure you lock up the house and set the alarm before you leave.

**Please note that if you are bringing a pet you are expected to crate your pet while you are away from the house. Leaving them in the backyard when no one is home is NOT ALLOWED**
