Guests will enter via the lower level side driveway and use the outside stairs to access the second level of the home. This entire level is for guest use which includes your own thermostat, washer/dryer, and also has its own personal balcony/porch with outdoor couches, chairs, propane fire table and a grill. There is also a brand new salt water hot tub located on the bottom level that guests are welcome to enjoy year round.
