Our home is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

You'll have the whole home to yourself. There is free street parking. There are plenty of Uber and Lyfts available. You can also walk to some places from our home.

We do not supply propane for the grill. There may be some leftover from a previous guest that you are welcome to use. If not, the current tank can be filled up at a gas station. The washer/dryer is in the basement of the house. There is small dent in the floor of the house. This is just a cosmetic item. Please note a $400 damage deposit will be placed on your card as a hold 24 hours prior to your stay. That is released after you check out.

ALL Pets must be approved in advance of booking. We have a $125 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
