Check in and check out were exceptionally easy. Property was clean, beds were super comfortable! Sadly there were only hightop tables available on rooftop deck no couch as was advertised in photos and the fire pit was not yet assembled and ready for use. We we’re looking forward to spending our evenings up there. Location was ok, a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Owner gave great recommendations too. If the rooftop had been ready this would have been a 10.

Spacious house, great location

Three couples, longtime friends now in different states, spent a long weekend in Nashville. Each couple had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and there were additional beds for parties including more people. An extra half bath on the top floor was convenient for when you are out on the upper deck. The location is great, close enough to walk to restaurants an/or downtown or use a car service anywhere. Well-kept neighborhood, pretty area for walking. House is nicely furnished, plenty of seating for groups. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glassware, and all necessary cooking appliances and cookware. Thanks for hosting us Ryan!

Ryan was extremely prompt at responding to any questions or hiccups we had. Beds were super comfortable. There was a top sheet missing on my bed (over sight I’m sure) but we had an extra bed so I just pulled from that. Loved that there were 2 Bluetooth speakers since we all forgot to pack one. Great neighborhood. Felt safe for 6 seniors to walk around. Thanks Ryan,

Best Family Reunion Ever!

Clean spacious home. Perfect distance from downtown. Plenty of space for parking. Nice rooftop patio! Responsive owner! Definitely would stay there again!

Amazing

Working with the property manager was awesome and easy, I went from 2 houses canceling on me right before my trip and he jumped in and helped get me the house and have a amazing time. He also checked on us through the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We were one on of the first groups to stay at this property, it was recently purchased by the host. The house accommodated 4 couples easily, the bed was comfy, the location was close enough to walk downtown (30 minutes) or a quick car ride. What can’t be beat is the host himself! Quick to share information, tips and tricks, our host worked to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Of all the accommodations I’ve booked, this host tops every other.

House was in good location close to Downtown. Spacious enough for 7 adults & 1 teen. Host very responsive when advised of some minor repairs. Very comfy beds. Only complaint is that we would have liked the deck prepped (cushions etc)when we arrived

Awesome stay in Nashville!

Our family came to Nashville to visit with friends whose daughter was taking her final vows as a religious sister. We decided to make a week of it and stay in Nashville for a while to take in the city. Ryan could not have been more hospitable. Prior to coming I asked if he had a high chair. I would have made arrangements if he hadn't, but Ryan went ahead and purchased one for us to have at the home. He was attentive and took care of us which, when you have a large family traveling out of state, means so much. The house was clean and spacious. The kids especially loved the rooftop deck and cornhole. Tons of fun and we are very grateful for Ryan and all the effort he put in to making this place great!

Great place to stay for large group!

Ryan's property was one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at! It was clean and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was very spacious and large enough for our group of 12! Everyone was comfortable. The living room was spacious for all of us and the rooftop with the patio set and fireplace was a plus! It was such a great place for all of us to hang out! The neighborhood felt very safe and we were able to walk a few places! The uber to downtown was only about 8 minutes. We did run into a few issues, but I was able to text Ryan and he communicated great! He replied very quickly and was able to fix our issues very quickly. Also, the cohost that was sent to help us and he and his wife were so wonderful and had given us recommendations for places nearby (Monell's) and it was delicious! All in all, I recommend staying here if you have a large group. We went for my bachelorette party and I even received a gift from the cohost! Everything went as planned and we had a great time and experience!

Daughter's 21st birthday

The property was amazing. finely decorated and the amenities were top notch! We felt like we were home! We loved everything about the house but the roof top was amazing! Now about the host, Ryan. He was incredible, professional, extremely responsive, kind and generous. I am telling all my friends. And I will stay there again. It was fabulous. Thank you Ryan!!

Great spot for a group!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Lots of restaurants in walking distance (1-1.5 miles). It’s about a 10 minute Uber ride to broadway cost us about $10-20 depending on the time of day. Uber from the airport was about $50. We also used electric scooters a couple of times to get from broadway back to the house! The rooftop was a great perk! Upon arrival we hung out up there as everyone arrived and also spent an evening enjoying the propane fire pit after coming home from dinner! Kitchen had basic needs, although we ate out every meal but breakfast. There are two Bluetooth speakers that we used quite a bit as well, so leave yours at home! Sonny’s was a fun close bar/restaurant that had outdoor games and seating and is only about a 10 min walk! Our group enjoyed staying hereby ! We will come back for sure!!
