Summary:
Location! Looking to live like a local and be close to everything Nashville has to offer? Walk to numerous bars/restaurants in East Nashville including Walden, Mickeys Tavern (Locals favorite), and if you like craft cocktails, The Fox!! Total 5 queen beds, a large kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Towels and linens are included, and the kitchen is fully stocked .Walk to multiple popular bars and restaurants and only a short drive to 8 min drive to Broadway!

OVERVIEW:
This street is full of newly built homes and rehabbed traditional homes - the street is safe and the neighborhood is close to trendy restaurants.

The best way to get around is by car - Uber and Lyft are great options; both inexpensive and easily accessible.

No pets allowed.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Guest Access:
This is a whole home rental. Guests will have full, private access.

The Neighborhood:
You're in East Nashville! Full of local dining, bars, entertainment, local shopping, and amazing people. Get a quick uber to downtown, head to Opry mills (10 min), or just hang out at a local coffee shop or brewery.

Getting Around:
Highly recommend ride share apps like Lyft and Uber. Generally available on-demand with 2-3 min pickup windows.

Girls Birthday celebration
I am going to list the positive first: Great location and neighborhood, plenty of beds for our group. We did need to Uber except to local East Nashville grocery, bars and Drug stores. Negative: The coffee pot uses grounds not pods as indicated via VRBO host contact. One of the beds upstairs mattress is very bad and no where to hang clothes. The kitchen is not stocked well, 4 wine glasses, a juice glass and a mason jar. The makeup towels were black and the dye was not set so turned the white bath towels black and somone with a white dress leaned against her towel and the dye transferred to her dress. This home could be great for a family but very tired and needs updates.

Nashville Stay May 2024
The property wasn’t anything spectacular but it did the job for our stay. It had plenty of room and we were told by Uber drivers and the neighbors that it was a safe neighborhood. Speaking of Uber drivers, the biggest gripe I have is the listing states the property is 8 minutes from downtown…it’s 22 minutes. Idk where that confusion came from.

Wonderful property
There was a glitch with the property we booked and a quick phone call to Chase quickly rectified the problem. This is a beautiful property that was bigger than we needed, but a comfortable place to call home for five days! The property is exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood. Great location between downtown and Music Valley. Loved the kitchen and the rooftop patio. Thanks for a great stay!

What a great weekend in a great rental! Pre-arrival communication with Chase could not have been better! The rental was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We had a question after we checked in and called the 24-hour telephone number listed in our arrival information. Chase answered on the first ring and quickly and efficiently helped us. We give this property and the property management company an A++++++.

Great place!
My friends and I stayed here, and there was so much space! The owner was great at communication as well. I would recommend bringing extra blankets if you get cold in your sleep! They supplied K cups for coffee and had every cooking item needed. Only 8 minutes to downtown!
