OVERVIEW

Meet the Keys & Canvas East, a 3 bedroom (5 beds), 3.5 bath townhome in East Nashville, designed to entertain and hosting large groups. The main level offers an open-concept living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals. Additionally, guests can head up to its private rooftop to soak in the hot tub or unwind in the shared community garden for a swing.



We provide free parking in a two car garage, plus ample free street parking.

East Nashville buzzes with creative energy: colorful murals, indie shops, unique cocktail bars, and small galleries are all within walking distance. Dine at casual favorites or nationally acclaimed spots. Overall we had a nice visit. There was plenty of space and we felt comfortable staying. We did have some issues with the fridge not being cold or making ice. I reached out to let them know and I never heard back. We ended up not using the hot tub, but noticed there were several bugs on the roof. The home did not seem to be throughly cleaned, but was clean enough that it was manageable. We went 2 messages to the host and never heard back. The location was great. Close to many good restaurants and not far from downtown Nashville.

Perfect in every way!! We came for the weekend to.enoy a long weekend and all the Christmas activities of the Gaylord Opryland as well as the Opry Mills Mall. This place was PERFECT for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, perfectly appointed, and the rooftop hot tub was amazing!! If you are visiting Nashville this place is centrally located and close to all Nashville has to offer. The best part, once you e had your fun while going out, you come back to a luxury home that provides a tranquil environment to reset. We will definitely stay again!!

Overall great stay! Place was furnished and set up very nice. The hot tub was amazing, however it needed cleaning. No tablets in the floater, and slight slime build up on the tub. We still used and enjoyed it though!

Refrigerator would not go any colder than 54 but there was another mini fridge on the counter that got colder, thermostat was at 54 when we got there and was locked so we couldn’t change it and we found windows that were left open, if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you as you can hear all the road traffic as if you are sleeping on the sidewalk, water was off to the washing machine. Overall not terrible for the price but could use some upgrades.

Listing claimed fire pit with seating. That was not the case, fire pit was a rusted out heap of junk and no chairs. Hot water was an issue, you couldn’t get any hot water in kitchen sink and the showers had to run 10 minutes before any appeared. Doors and multiple areas were broken and the floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes or your feet would be charcoal black. Owner messaged me that he would issue a refund and that never occurred.

Must be okay with stairs. Cute place, plenty of space…my only real complaint was that we had a ton of ants in the kitchen. We could not leave anything on the counters or in the sink. We had all our snacks on the dining room table. We informed the host, hopefully they can get it taken care of

The house was gorgeous. House as pictured in the listing. The rooms are not close together, so privacy in every bedroom. Host was in contact and receptive to our requests. The biggest challenge was the 4 flights of stairs. On day 2, I was already feeling the burn!

Nashville Trip

Overall the place was very nice and in a central location to airport as well as Broadway street. It was very accessible to everything. It was perfect for six women ages 20 to 50. Definitely enough bathrooms and bedrooms. It is decorated very nicely to fit the theme of a weekend trip to Nashville. The only things that were an issue were light bulbs being put in bathrooms and we had to spray for ants a couple of times in the kitchen. The hosts gave us get recommendations for eating places.

Communication with the owner at times was good, and other times he never responded. The kitchen had a ton of ants that he never addressed even after we went and bought ant spray. They wasn’t any dishwasher cleaner and when he did respond, he said he would drop some off and that never happened. The place was super cool inside but not the cleanest

Beautiful home, loud traffic

The home itself was beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable with plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub. However, there was something, maybe food, in the tub. It wasn’t completely clean but clean enough for that we still got in. There was trash on the rooftop left from the previous people. Two main issues that will probably keep us from renting again is the refrigerator did not work and the traffic was so loud we all had a hard time sleeping. There was a small mini fridge thankfully.

Some friends and I booked this property when we were in town for New Years. Plenty of space, nice amenities, and the place was clean. The check in process was very easy and there was no issues whatsoever.

STAIRS

It was a beautiful home but impossible to tell from the listing that it was a 4 story home with 3 huge staircases. We definitely got our exercise. The only other drawback was no cable on opening day of football season. Other than that it was fabulous.
