Everything was perfect for a family getaway this weekend. We were close to everything but also able to enjoy time together on the rooftop. The host was absolutely amazing. We will definitely book this house with this host again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our stay was great for our trip to celebrate our nephew’s 21st birthday. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and it was an easy 5 min. uber to Broadway. We loved all the extra amenities provided in the kitchen with the coffee bar! We also really enjoyed the Marathon Motorworks near by, recommended by the host. Overall great place to stay!

This was a beautiful, modern, spacious property with everything you could possibly want and more. It is hard to find a place quite like Home, butThis place was by far a pleasure to stay in. We live here in Nashville and had eight other adults join us on this trip. We never felt that we didn’t have enough space. The entire place was spotless and well kept. The roof top was so nice also. But the rain threw a wrench in using it as much as we would have liked The host was so easy to communicate with even making sure there was nothing we needed We travel often with big groups and we will 100% be booking this place again.I think one of the coolest things that that they have a mini fridge and it is by a pay it for owner system. What’s there you can use just leave things to replace it it’s like creating its own community. If you need a great place close to broadway this is it you won’t regret it

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the house! It was perfect for our getaway! The main quarters was very open and the bedroom layout gave everyone a little privacy. It is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to the downtown strip and which did not break the bank! Adam was very attentive to our needs, which made the visit smooth and easy!
