The stay was pretty good. Staff was amazing. Amenities were awesome. Walking distance to the best mall ever! I didn’t like that no place at the hotel accepted cash but other than that everything was definitely worth the price. I’ll be back!

For $665 per night and the ADDITIONAL $28 resort fee PLUS the $37 for parking, everything in the property should have been included, BUT NOTHING IS INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE! Everything you do is EXTRA! The water park is extra, there is no complimentary dining, it is $40 per person for a basic breakfast bar! The DRURY INN is the BEST! For less than $200 per night they include FREE breakfast AND DINNER! The grand ole opry resort is a joke!

This place is amazing and beautiful. Indoor gardens are relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We spent 5 days here and could have stayed longer. Stayed at the Cascades and loved listening to the waterfall every night. Slept with the door open and the rush of water all night was most relaxing. Bring money, everything is expensive.

The room was comfortable but we didn’t have hot water in the morning. Signs were difficult to follow. Several other guests commented and agreed. Staff didn’t give easy directions. Hotel was beautiful and food was good.

We try our best to have signage in each area of the hotel that informs guests where to go for their rooms as well as hotel amenities, but it is the responsibility of our front desk agents to point you in the right direction. Since we are a big property, directions are definitely needed and I am disappointed to hear that you were not properly communicated the location of your room.I am truly sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the temperature of your guest room shower. This certainly should have been addressed while on property and I am sorry to hear that we were not able to correct this during your recent stay. Please be assured your comments have been passed along to our hotel leadership team and action will be taken to improve the guest experience.In the future, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with our signature flawless service and if there is any further way I can assist you, please let me know.

Pool opened at 11:00 on Saturday, after they told me it opened at 8:00 am. Bree, the manager, said they couldn't open it until it was 64^ or higher. It was 69 when I made a fuss. They couldn't have cared less. The pool is mandatory when I make a reservation. Pool staff rude, after that.

Not impressed. Couldn't check in when we arrived despite the app saying we could. Food was not great & overpriced. Couldn't sleep first night due to a wedding function outside. Had incorrect rate given for conference yet they wouldn't help with the overcharge. Won't stay there again.

Just a superb experience from start to finish. The property is stunningly beautiful AND interesting. The staff is helpful, welcoming, and efficient. We loved the Solaria Cantina for Cinco de Mayo dinner—great service and reasonably priced. Ashlyn, at the concierge desk was so helpful, pleasant, and friendly to us as her fellow Floridians. The musicians at The Falls were outstanding , and we loved sitting on our atrium balcony enjoying them nightly.

We expected more for the price. Cashless at all hotel stores and restaurants was a nuisance. We stayed here because it was close to the Grand Ole Opry which was the reason for the trip. The gardens and waterfalls were very nice as was the greenery. Front staff was great. Concierge was too aggressive on the sale of excursions, I thought.

Gaylord resort is beautiful. The atrium pathways, plants, rivers, waterfalls, restaurants, are all amazing. Having an app that helps you find your way around the grounds was very helpful.

hotel is decent. The rooms are clean, albeit small. When I booked the room, it said it sleeps 5, which was exactly how many I needed. I assumed maybe a pull out couch or similar. This was not the case, and I guess it would sleep 5 if you slept 3 to a queen size bed. When I asked about a roll away or cot, they said I could have one for a hundred more dollars. At the price of the rooms and when advertised as "sleeps 5," this seemed ridiculous. Fortunately, my 13 year old didn't mind making a little bed on the floor. The hotel is absolutely huge, which is a blessing and a curse. There is lots of restraunts and things to see, but it takes forever to get anywhere, and the place can be like a maze. It is a 6 minute walk to the Grand Ole Opry; which, is amazing, but expect a 40 dollar plus Uber ride to downtown or most other things to see in Nashville. I did go to the Opry one night; which, is amazing, and I highly recommend it, but most of the other things I went to see were downtown. I would have saved a bunch of money by staying closer to downtown and taking one Uber ride to the Opry. The staff was friendly with the exception of the cleaning lady who knocked on our door at 8:15 am to ask if we were checking out. We were, but didn't plan on leaving until checkout time. I thought that rushing us out at 8:15 was a little low rent and unprofessional.

It is a wonderful place to stay. But it is so big. Initially easy to get turned around. We only stayed one night, so didn’t have time to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. Beautiful!

An absolute oasis in Nashville. The conservatory greenhouse atmosphere was so enchanting and relaxing. The food and drinks were four star too. The only thing is that I would want the restaurants to be open to 11 pm.

This is a magnificent facility but everything is expensive! Crazy expensive! There 2 days and 1 night and spent over $1200 for room, water park, and 3 meals for 2 adults and 2 children. Nothing is complimentary! Even pay $37 to self park.

The ambiance was beautiful. There were so many places to go inside the hotel. My kids (ages 12 & 14) loved that they could explore the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants in hotel. People very nice. I didn’t like that the boat ride and Soundwaves admission was not included in guests package. In addition, at the soundwaves, there was not enough tubes for lazy river or water slides. Family definitely would go back.
