Tämä huoneisto on upouusi yksikkö, joka on 2 makuuhuonetta (joista jokaisella on king size-vuode) kylpyhuone ja suuri olohuone ja keittiö. Tumma cappuccino -puulattiat ja hieman maalaistyylinen elinympäristö. Tuoksuta uusi talo haju kun pysyt tällä kauneudella. Kaksi king size -vuotetta ovat todella mukavat tuotemerkin patjat! Rakastat tätä pieniä helmiä. Tämä huoneisto on erittäin puhdas pesukone / kuivausrumpu, internet ja säännöllinen TV. Yksikössä on kolme TV: tä (kaksi kussakin makuuhuoneessa ja yksi (55 tuumaa) olohuoneessa). Tämä yksikkö on myös pieni takapiha, että voit nauttia auringosta ja ottaa tauon juoksemisesta ympärillä on turisti.

Great host, very accommodating

I really appreciated Nicole’s communication and helpfulness. The only issue we had in our 3 month stay was that when we arrived, her cleaner hadn’t done some cleaning and rebagging of bins. When I told Nicole, she immediately offered to have it cleaned and that anything we bought to take care of it she would reimburse. This is the kind of rapport and character that makes Vrbo work and worthwhile—genuiness and quick corrections. For our entire stay, she was always available. I highly suggest Nicole’s rentals to anyone considering and thank her very much.

Great Condo

I rented for the month of March - beginning with the tornado and ending with Covid-19. Nicole was very responsive and a joy to work with. It is close to the highways and grocery stores. I look forward to renting the condo again in the future. Thank you, Nicole!

Very quite area, clean condo, and Nicole was great to deal with

Very quite area. Grocery store is walking distance away. Only 10 minutes away from downtown and the Grand ol Opry. We didn’t have to rent a vehicle at all. An Uber ride cost $8-$14 each way.

Great location, just what we were looking for

Took a girls trip to Nashville with 3 other girls. This condo was in a very convenient area, good parking and a good size and price for us. It is a condo but was quiet and convenient. Had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive on questions we had. Would stay there again!

The condo was just great. Clean ,spacious and in very close to downtown broadway,plus all the different sites in Nashville. This was my first time renting a place to stay while on vacation(for going a hotel).I would not hesitate doing it again. Highly recommend 1106 Stratford.

Nice new condo. Felt safe in the neighborhood

Very nice condo. Owner was very responsive to my texts. Quite a few stairs to bedrooms so think about that if you have mobility issues.

Great Condo, Quiet, Excellent Location

The location of the condo was perfect. We rented a car and used it some, but we mostly ubered to our destinations. We had a difficult time finding the correct condo number because it was dark when we arrived and the lighting wasn't the best. The directions mentioned a lock box, but it was a key pad not a lock box. I called the owner and she did return my call. Thank You!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the oven was dirty, the ceiling fans needed a good dusting ( I didn't use them because of that) and the drawer in the upstairs bathroom was dirty. It was a very quiet place to sleep at night. I would definitely return.

Prefect place for a week long stay for a tournament our daughter was playing in. Clean and comfortable and many great amenities even camp chairs to use watching the games at the fields! Washer and dryer was also a huge plus!

Perfect weekend getaway with the girls!

Really nice place, perfect for a weekend away. Neighborhood was quiet and also a quick Uber ride to the downtown area. Beds were also super comfortable!!! Definitely would recommend!

Perfect location, nice townhouse

We had a family girls' trip to Nashville and loved this nice townhouse. It was comfortable, clean and a perfect location. The beds are comfortable, each room has its own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs which gave us plenty of room for 4 women to prepare for our outings. Nicole was very helpful when we had problems with the Internet and didn't give up til we were all online. We loved the central location and nothing was more than 15 mins away.

The space is very functional and great for two couples. Main issue is the house could use a really good cleaning : shower drain clogged with hair, throw pillow cases not clean, baseboards grimy, cold air return vent clogged with dust. For some reason Lyft and taxi drivers have trouble finding this place. Location is great, especially if heading to the Grand ole Oprey area. Our favourite places were The Nashville Palace, Caney Fork Restaurant and The Scoreboard Bar for traditional country music, bluegrass and rockabilly.

Nice Condo close to all country music venues

condo was very nice, although sparsely furnished. Comfy beds great kitchen. Good location, close to Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, and honky tonk venues, short drive to the Hermitage.

Convenient

The place is brand new, so obviously it's in excellent shape. It is very convenient to everything - not more than 15 minutes to the various neighborhoods & attractions. I would definitely come back.

Great Rental location

Our Nashville vacation was fantastic and a large part why is because we were so comfortable in our Home Away rental. Location to Nashville and Opry were ideal from this rental. The only reason it did not get a perfect 5 stars is the lack of some amenities. Very few bath towels, only 1 dish towel and bed pillows on both beds were flat and in poor shape. Pillows and linens would make this rental perfect. Thank you for a great vacation.

Clean condo, great proximity ... Just missing a few basics to make the stay more accommodating

The condo was new, clean and very cute. The layout and space were perfect for two couples- as we each had our own space and our own bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay here and it worked well for a place to sleep and relax before heading out to see the sights. A few essential kitchen items such as pot holders, a few more cooking utensils to choose from, a few more pieces of silverware and dish clothes would make for a more accommodating stay for the cook. :) Hand soap was provided and the coffee pot has a reusable filter (things that are nice to know when planning your grocery list). There is no iron, but a handheld steamer is available. We truly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone who needs a clean, very affordable place to stay while discovering all that Nashville has to offer. Uber drivers were available with only a four minute wait time. The avg cost per ride to and from downtown was around $12.00.
