The Space:
This new construction home is the perfect launchpad for your Nashville adventure. All the furniture is brand-new and modern.

There are two large living rooms with Netflix Equipped Smart TVs, a beautiful kitchen with everything that you'll need for cooking, lightening fast W-Fi, 50" smart televisions, complimentary coffee, a wonderful dining area, and a large balcony with a dining table and gas fireplace.

This is truly one of the best spots in Nashville!

Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed in the master bedroom, along with a Television, a walk-in closet, and a large washroom.

There are two bedrooms with one Queen bed in each. The fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds with Queen sized bunks! This gives you 4 Queen sized bunks in the fourth bedroom!

There is tons of space at this property, so you'll never feel crowded at this property. There's also a garage that fits one car, and outdoor parking for an additional two vehicles.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive use of the entire home during your stay. None of the amenities will be shared with other groups.

The Neighborhood:
Nashville is a city that you MUST visit more than once! You'll be in the upscale Berry Hill neighborhood, which has high end restaurants and community amenities.

My home is just 10 minutes outside the Downtown core, putting all the major landmarks, music venues, restaurants, and attractions a short drive from my front door.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is less than 10 minutes away from my home. It is the definitive home of American Country Music and has over 2.5 million priceless artifacts on display.

You'll be close to Nashville's famous music venues. The Ryman Auditorium is less than 10 minutes away, and the Grand Ole Opry (which is outside the downtown core) is only 20 minutes away.

Broadway is just 7 minutes from my front door. You'll find great restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the entertainment district.

Here are some of the landmarks that you can reach in less than 10 minutes: Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, Broadway, the Frist Art Museum, the Gallery of Iconic Guitars, the Lane Motor Museum, the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, and the Nashville Symphony.

Getting Around:
There's free parking at my home for up to three vehicles, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. Ubers are easily available as well, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.

Other Things to Note:
Nashville has highways and trains throughout the city. You can see/hear the highway from my home, and from time to time you'll hear a train pass by nearby.

This home has a large number of stairs. It is not a good fit for people who have trouble with stairs.
