Accommodations were clean and spacious. Very quiet. Parking was convenient and cost was consistent with the area. The staff was very helpful. 10-15 minute walk to many attractions. A unique place to stay. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable (due for replacement), but overall this was a great place to stay in Nashville.

It’s our 2nd time at the Mint House Nashville and we would go back to stay in the future. We like that it’s easy to walk to the main attractions, quiet, secure parking and reasonable price wise vs hotels. Definitely recommend!

This review is in no way a reflection on Expedia. I use Expedia all the time and I’ve never had a problem. This was my first time staying in a mint house property. I was looking for a premium experience and this was the opposite. I booked a 2bedroom apartment with a vault. My group was really looking forward to this. When we arrived they put us in another room that was honestly disgusting. You could tell it was a really nice space 2-3 years ago. Today it is not. When I brought it to managements attention they didn’t get back with me till the second day of my three day stay. The lack of communication was sub par. For the amount of money you’re paying I’d rather stay at the BOBBY or DREAM HOTELS.

Our stay at the mint house was lovely! Highly recommend as it is reasonably walkable to downtown many dining options and resources. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful! The rooms are very spacious and clean and very comfortable. There was construction are the backside of the hotel where our room faced, but we were fine as we had our little white noise (portable) machine. I would definitely stay again. This is a gem of a place and reasonable prices. We were very pleased!

We rented a room here for three nights, wanted a full kitchen. Being able to actually cook and save what little money you have left after the Nashville experiance! Which is well worth it I may add. Would only ask for some basic things as in maybe some salt and pepper in the kitchen and perhaps some blankets for the living room! other than that perhaps some indication on the view out the window would be nice. really would have prefered a city scape over the common area courtyard where people play cornhole in. Small ask for price I feel. Staff was great and helpfull. Emails/messages on what to do made it easy to get in and out without a hitch! would consider again.

This place is a gem. If you are willing to walk a half mile, the location is terrific. The staff is excellent. One shout out to Tommy who oriented us Seniors to using codes and made us feel comfortable and special.

The room was great. Could use an assist handrail in the bathroom to get in and out of the tub. It is quite deeper than a normal tub. Lack of plug options around bed was an issue. Four outlets, but three being taken up means unplugging something to charge devices if you are visiting with more than one person, or have multiple devices you need to charge by the bed like I did. The light hanging down above the sink means you can't use the sink and the mirror from right in front of it at the same time. Use the sink, move to the right to use the mirror, move back to move the sink. Just inconvenient. Trying to get parking sorted out was not easy because apparently I tried to prepay for Friday (my first day) too early in the day because it was the same day? Like I couldn't add Friday to my paid days because it was Friday and too early in the day to pay for it on the app? I'm not really sure because the app wasn't very clear on what the error was. To be honest, I didn't think I would have to pay for parking.

We especially loved the people who worked there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. Always happy to answer all our questions and explain the history of the building. I would recommend the Mint House to everyone going to Nashville.

Very clean and nice room but feels like living in a basement. Barely any “typical” amenities including no “lobby”. We barely saw any other guests and there’s nothing around the property that is convenient (restaurant, convenience store). The staff is super friendly and helpful and I think this was more of a personal preference for me. The property could be really perfect for the right person. Not a family on vacation though.

Overall an excellent property, the only issue we had with the unit was poor water pressure (showers took 10-15min) and an inconsistent shower control - hot and cold and on/off changed every time we took a shower. I think the control needs to changed. Otherwise a great stay.

It was quiet and an easy walk to many places. The internet wasn’t great but we made it work. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we stayed for a week. It was a perfect place to call home while in Nashville.

Location is perfect! Walkable to many sites downtown . It was extremely confusing to first get into parking- need better instructions and readable keypad. Cement floors made the room cold and the tub in the bathroom was downright dangerous. Spacious but need more storage units and counter space.

We loved the uniqueness of this place. We love finding places like this….that are affordable. Even with the $40 parking this place was a very good price range for we got. The one bedroom we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Two draw backs for us, the bed is very low to the floor which we are not used to and the huge tub/shower was extremely difficult for a person of 5ft to step in and out of. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and hope to return in the future.

Loved it. It was clean and high ceilings. No one bothered us. I had trouble with my entry code but the customer service fixed that in minutes. The only thing I didn’t know about was the $200 deposit up front until checkout.

Neat concept for hotel. Loved the industrial look! However, it is ridiculous to have a 2 bedroom with only one bathroom located in the master bedroom. Also, the only bathroom had a very dangerously deep bathtub that was very difficult to climb in and out of. Not sure I would stay here again with my family.
