Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.

In addition, it offers a beautiful outdoor dining patio as well as a beautiful courtyard to overlook! We have a Keurig duo machine in the kitchen that can make drip coffee or you can bring pods for the machine!

The home it set up to provide spacious sleeping areas for all guests while offering a large open concept living room and kitchen to eat, drink and create memories together! This “Urban Oasis” is designed with a calm, cool and peaceful aesthetic that offers all of the needs of a great Nashville experience!

Upon entering, there is a set of stairs going to the basement, where you will find 2 beds. To find the kitchen and living room, go up a flight of stairs. Finally, you'll find the main bedroom and bunk bed room up another 2 flights of stairs.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
