This first-floor unit of the Music City Mansion is a beautifully remodeled vintage space on Music Row with four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking an authentic Nashville experience.
The area this stately home is located in has exploded with new and trendy restaurants, venues, and shops in the past few years. The property is close to everything, but it's very quiet, and very peaceful at night. Many of the very best restaurants in town are within a half to one mile radius. So, you can take a stroll or quick Uber ride for your favorite activities. It's fun and convenient never needing a car. This property is on Nashville's trolley line. The trolley will take you to many of the best restaurants.

For Seniors, there is a wheelchair lift in the back to access the first floor. There are 3 steps in the front to access the first floor. The first floor master bedroom and bath is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible with all ADA grab bars etc.

You will be sent a message with door codes and other important information by 1pm on the arrival date. The door locks on this house are keyless entry with a touchpad where you will enter a code. You will not have to keep up with a key or key card during your stay.
