We are about 2 miles from the famous Broadway. Yee Haw! This 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is the perfect place to experience Nashville.

The entire home is all yours to relax in and enjoy.

You will access our home via a keypad, with a code we send you on the day of arrival. Simple!
While we cannot accommodate early check-in /check-out, we allow guests to drop their bags off after noon the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage?

We love it when our guests message us through the booking platform. However, we are also a phone call or text away should you need anything or have an emergency. We pride ourselves on having solid communication and a quick response time!

You will be in a neighborhood between Midtown, Germantown, and Meharry - less than 2 miles or a 10-minute drive to Broadway. :)

Nashville has great restaurants, concerts, activities, and bars - but this home is so stunning, that you will not want to leave. We brought in local Nashville interior designer, Thea Blehm, to curate the essence of Nashville. Also, notice pops of color with Andy Warhol thrifted antiques and modern jewel tones. Perfect for hosting your family or friends, we have put in thought to make your stay in Nashville memorable, comfortable, and photo-worthy. Sink into our cozy couch in our living room or our boucle spin chairs, enjoy a drink and the Nashville skyline from our back deck, relax in our Master bedroom canopy bed, or host a dinner in our fully equipped, brand-new kitchen.

Our home has four dreamy bedrooms.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed and attached bathroom - it also has a sleeper sofa.
The secondary bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed and jack + jill bathroom.
The bunk room is located on the second floor with two full-size mattresses and a jack + jill bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has two twin beds and an attached bathroom.

Our living room couch is a sleeper sofa! We`re about a ten-minute drive to Broadway!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

For safety and security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front door and at the back door entrance. These cameras are outward-facing and monitor entry points only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
