The beds are luxurious and comfy and bathrooms have state of the art finishes. There is also Wi-Fi, a television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and not to mention, a rooftop deck!

On a quiet afternoon, unwind at the deck with your loved ones and get a fantastic view, and at the end of a lively night or a long day, top it off by relaxing on one of the memory foam beds that's suited to give you the best sleep! Intentionally designed to suit any occasion, this house is perfect for your stay in Nashville and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.

- Parking: Parking space for 1 vehicle on the parking pad, plus street parking.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
