The Space:

The home is almost 3k square feet and features a 2 car garage, 4 large bedrooms, 4 full baths and an amazing 750 sq ft. rooftop patio. Bedroom #1 is on the bottom level of the home and features a king size bed. Bedroom #2 is on the second floor off of main living area and features a queen over queen bunk beds. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are both on the 3rd floor and both feature king sized beds w/ ensuite baths. The rooftop deck is on the 4th floor of the home and has a large dining table and kitchenette -soak up the amazing views!

*Dogs are allowed on a case to case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to the reservation after booking for all platforms aside from Airbnb. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.







All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Guest Access:

Guest will have private access to the whole home.



The Neighborhood:

The home is situated in a brand new community with amazing views of downtown and the Cumberland river in North Nashville. We are a very short drive to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Top Golf, and much more!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are usually available within minutes. If you have a vehicle, you are welcome to use the 2 car garage.

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.



-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.



For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
