Uusin kotisi River House on nyt saatavana (STR-lupa # 2016056024). Olemme kokeneita Homeaway / VRBO -omistajia ja -isäntäjä. Jos sinulla on suuri ryhmä, voit myös vuokrata kotimme aivan vieressä Cumberland Cottagessa. (Homeaway. Com omaisuus # 3957610).

River House on katettu hiljaisella rantakadulla, joka on täynnä historiaa. Lähellä asuu useita kuuluisia vanhoja Opry Stars -kouluja. Se on yksityinen ja turvallinen täällä. Autoliikennettä on hyvin vähän, joten se on hieno kävelyyn tai pyöräilyyn. Näemme hirviä, hanhia ja kalkkunaa säännöllisesti ja nautimme kalastuksesta Cumberland-joella. Se on erityinen naapurusto ystävällisillä ihmisillä. Se on kuitenkin vain muutaman minuutin päässä kuuluisasta Gaylord Opryland -hotellista, Opry Mills -ostoskeskuksesta ja GRAND OLE OPRY: sta. Neljän mailin sisällä on yli 2 tusinaa ravintolan ja Nashvillen suurimmasta vesipuistosta. Keskusta on vain 15 minuutin päässä, paljon lähempänä kuin 95% suuremman Nashvillen alueen rantakodeista. Päivän aikana käytä RIver-taloa toiminnan lähtökohtana Nashvillen tutkimiseen tai viettää aikaa uima-altaassa (avoinna 1. toukokuuta - 15. lokakuuta) ja / tai porealtaassa! Illalla ... nauti rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta kahdella täyspitkällä kuistilla. Kun on aika kääntää kolmessa makuuhuoneessa urheiluvuodeksi, neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-vuodetta. Ja jos pidät kaksitoista juhlaa, saatavilla on myös kaksi deluxe-puhallettavaa parivuodetta.

Muita mukavuuksia ovat pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, useita HD-televisioita, joissa on kaapeli ja HBO, Blu-Ray-soittimet, lautapelejä ja nopea WiFi. Tarvitset vain vaatteesi ja ruuan. If you're looking for a house for multiple people and close to Opryland Convention Center, this is perfect. We stayed here for a dance competition and the proximity and pool worked out perfect! Great communication and ease when booking too!

Needs some updates

The host was amazing, but the pictures on the listing have to be from awhile ago. The pool needs quite a bit of work done, one side had a rusted out support structure. The deck area around the pool was very dirty and so was the outside furniture. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and very old. We had a great time, the house did its purpose, but for the price it could use to be freshened up.

Nice spot for Opryland

Awesome property. We had a convention at the Gaylord Opryland and choose this property due to the proximity (two and a half miles). Everything was nice, just as represented in the listing.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect location, we used the recommended shuttle for downtown, highly recommend the van service. You could update your towels. So tiny and a few had holes in them, wash clothes had stains on them, other than that property had everything we needed.

Lovely property

Spacious, clean, quiet, and a lovely spot on the river. It had everything we needed, while located close to anything we wanted. I appreciated the cleanliness of the home, especially the bathrooms. Spotless. We hope to stay here again.

Had a great stay

Stay was great, location was perfect. As I saw in other reviews, the cleaning lady was there till 5:40 and our check-in was at 4, so we had a stranger wandering around as we were getting settled. She was nice and apologized for being there. The 2 king suites were very nice, the double room was nice as well but the king bed sharing a jack and jill bathroom needs a matteess, never slept on such an uncomfortable bed in my life. We bought a foam mattress topper just to make it a little better. Overall, great place, owner very easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Overall very good stay. Unique house and property. Nice pool, side yard, front elevated porch, 1st floor layout with master. Host excellent and very responsive. A few items to consider for improvement…upon arrival, checkin at front door was seamless, but noticed back door to pool deck was unlocked and windows not lockable. Top door balcony door only secured with bungee cord. Dishwasher was loaded but had not been run. Refrigerator/Freezer light flickerswheopened.

All Was Perfect!

My siblings and spouses met for a reunion and the River House was perfect. It had everything, except tissues in the bathrooms (a real nit!). Fifteen minutes from downtown Nashville. Our host, John, was extremely responsive. The house was as described. Lots of outdoor sitting spaces. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this for family or friend gathering. Really lovely!

Great for Opryland and Downtown

Quiet rental with plenty of space. Porches were a nice retreat. Had our small dogs who enjoyed the yard and barking at the deer who frequented the property. We had a conference at Opryland and glad we stayed here over the crowds there. Nice place!

50th Bday weekend

Perfect location with just a short drive to downtown Nashville. Plenty of space for a large group. Highly recommend using the van shuttle service that's advertised on the placard in the house; they are affordable and easy to schedule for large groups. Pool and hot tub were a great option for taking a break in between the Broadway scene. House was clean and check in/checkout process was a breeze.

Summer wedding

Clean and comfortable, with good AC, this home was just what we were looking for. John was very responsive when I reached out to him with a question. It was great because my daughter (the bride) was able to have her bridesmaids over for hair and makeup on her wedding day. Just perfect!

River view is a stretch!

Overall the home is nice and our party of 11 were comfortable. We appreciated there being a high chair, stroller, and baby gates. If you have a tiny tyke, check under the furniture because that doesn't seem to be on the cleaning list. The outside amenities touted in the listing need some work. The pool is an above ground with a deck, the top corners of the structure are rusted thru on all 4 corners, leaving one to wonder if we may end up in the neighbors yard at any minute. The cleaning lady was still there at the 4pm check in and did not vacate until close to 5pm. There is a river across the street however, you cannot see it from ANY part of this house and there is no trail to it either. We found a fishing spot nearby at a park tho.

Great family getaway

There were family that drove from Florida and Buffalo New York, we were celebrating six birthdays out of the 11 people, two of them being 21st birthday celebrations. The house was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. It was just far enough away from downtown, but still close enough to go down there and have a little fun

Family Camp

Our stay included 12 family members ranging from 6mons-Adults. Each family had their own living quarters in this spacious home. Lovely neighborhood location, close to shopping/food/attractions. Everything was included from a baby gate, to a stroller, to additional blow up mattresses, beach towels, etc. Made our stay seamless. Minor suggestions for repairs: upstairs toilet ran non-stop during our stay. Upstairs bedroom had exterior lock broken off door/bungee cord fastened together. No dish towels during stay. (One downside was listed as “River View” was a far stretch. Listing indicated a view of the river was observed from the home. Incorrect; while river is near the property, it is across the street and hidden by dense, overgrown foliage). (Another downfall was the overwhelming smell of cat urine in the basement, as there were multiple feral cats living in the foundation of the home. Very odd situation where the home owner had to send over the cleaning crew to try to catch them, during our stay). (Lastly, outdoor garbage cans had a horrible smell, even after dumping them. Stored on the driveway near the pool area. The smell would permeate the exterior of the home, making swimming/hot tub unbearable at times.)

A super great house

Everyone had a king size bed (3). The private pool was only about 2 1/2 feet deep, which was perfect for our little ones. We used it almost every day.
