* Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

* NO PARTIES: We want you to enjoy your stay, but large gatherings are not allowed.

* Fast WiFi: Perfect for remote work or streaming.

* Self Check-in: Keyless entry for easy arrival.

* Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM sharp. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Unapproved late departures may incur a fee of $100 or more due to our tight cleaning schedule and third-party team coordination. Guests who overstay or delay housekeeping may also be liable for additional costs, as this directly impacts the next guest’s experience.

* -Lost & Found / Packages: Items left behind or packages delivered after checkout can be returned for a $45 flat fee (U.S. shipping, up to 5 lbs). Heavier items, oversized items, or international shipping will require a custom shipping charge.

* Trash: Unbagged or loose trash left in the outdoor bin will result in a $50 disposal fee, which goes directly to our cleaning team.
