You'll be close enough to downtown to feel the energy of Music City while enjoying a neighborhood atmosphere away from the crowds.



Less than half a mile away, Frankie Pierce Park features a playground, open green space, and a dog park for your four-legged travel companions. Within a mile, you'll find some of Nashville's favorite local spots, including Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for craft cocktails, and Rolf and Daughters for an unforgettable dinner.

The homes are just a short distance from the Germantown neighborhood, Sound Stadium, Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Plus, it's only a quick drive or Uber ride to everything else Nashville has to offer.

Other Things to Note:

◆ The Iron Horse and Wild Rose House are three story townhomes with stairs between each level, plus a fourth floor rooftop terrace. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs throughout their stay.

◆ Both garages have been thoughtfully converted into bonus rooms, so there is no garage parking available.

◆ Ample free street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood.

◆ Because the game room and workout room are in a converted garage space, they are not climate controlled and do not have dedicated air conditioning or heat.
