Windemere- Location! Cul-de-sac near I24. Fenced

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to everything including the interstate but on the newer nicer side of town. Fully fenced backyard. Cul-de-sac. Close to everything.
The space
Quiet street. Master opposite side of house from other two rooms. One step up gets you inside this one level ranch with a fireplace, TV in living room and master bedroom. This was the owners home for ten years. Great home for kids.
Guest access
You can access the entire house. Only thing that is not accessible will be the garage. That is used for storage. Coffee Pot is traditional with reusable coffee filter. Bring your favorite brew.
Other things to note
The codes to the front door and the wif info will all be in the Check-In Guidelines on the day of check in. Please reach out to us for immediate solutions to any concerns you may have and we will respond rapidly.
Coffee pot here is traditional.
Trash pickup is EARLY on Friday mornings please.

Dirty

The house was conveniently located. The beds were decent. Inside was very bare minimum and did not give a comfortable, cozy feeling. It looked like the 2nd bathroom toilet had overflowed and ran out into the hallway. There were dirty water stains along the seams of the two bedrooms in the hallway. Dried, dirty toilet paper pieces were left on the floor of the bathroom behind the door. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and both bedrooms. The master bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and some of the white towels were dirty before we had used them.

Nice place to stay

We needed a place to stay for our trip to MTSU. We didnt need anything fancy, just multiple bedrooms so everyone had somewhere for themselves. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Fit the criteria for everything we needed for a overnight stay.

Last minute booking

The first day going into the home we noticed certain things were not clean. Such as stove, table had things in the crease of the table and the glass. We over looked it but as my sister in law went to lay down. She woke up to bite marks from ants. There were several ants in her bed. She got up and started to look around in the room. Spotting several in the room by the dresser and once she moved it over there was trash under the dresser. After searching the room we discover a very nasty pillow in the top of the closet. Paper in the bottom of the closet. We could not cook because at this point we felt everything needed to be cleaned. Went to the store and got supplies. I then contacted the owner. He stated he would give us something back on the rental and asked that I send pictures. He also stated he would send someone over to clean. I would have told him yes please send someone but we were not there at the time he got back in contact with me. We were all at the graduation. I didn’t want anything to happen to there stuff. I also declined because we had already got supplies and cleaned out tubs mopped floors etc. Let’s just say after the stay I contacted the owner again. He has pictures of everything we purchased. He ask for a receipt. That’s understandable but the things we brought were not expensive. We were more concerned with the house not being cleaned. Let’s just say he has not given anything back for the inconvenience.
