2 kerroksinen yhden perheen asunto. Talossa on kolme makuuhuonetta 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja yksityinen tutkimus. Palvelut: moderni keittiö ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, pesukone, kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuone ja toinen makuuhuone molemmilla on king size-vuoteet. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Kaikissa huoneissa ja tutkimuksessa on taulutelevisiot. Perhehuoneessa on suuri 60-tuumainen televisio. Talo on lähellä tärkeimpiä West Bay Street ja noin 10 minuutin päässä keskustasta ja on keskeisellä paikalla Atlantis paratiisi saari ja kaapeli ranta nauhat.

We never had the privilege to meet Sonja but Ray was as hospitable as anyone could ask for. Met us at the home to check in and insisted on taking us to the grocery store saying "I cannot leave you here with nothing to eat". Both Ray and Sonja were very responsive to communicate with. The home adjacent to this house belongs to the family and one morning Sonja's mother was outside collecting coconuts and had 4 of them cut and prepared for our group!

Ray and Sonja were very hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we knew how to get around the area, and all about the home. They were also able to get us tickets to Atlantis water park. Amazing house and so close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and decorated pretty. The gardens around the house were beautifully landscaped. The pool area was pretty and we enjoyed the outdoors. The kitchen was well equipped for the evenings we cooked in. The hosts Ray and Sonja were very accommodating. They recommended Cheryl’s Taxi Service which made the stay and transportation very easy to our excursions. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Paradise Vacation

We decided to take our family vacation in the Bahamas this year. It was an amazing time and the stay at our house was spectacular! Ray and Sonja were amazing hosts that welcomed us and helped whenever there were issues or questions on island things to do. Most of our time was spent outside in the pool by the mango and coconut trees. Beds are great and so much room. We will be back! Definitely recommend renting if you’re in town.

Relaxing week

This was a beautiful spacious home with lovely tropical landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area also. The home had extra security features, and we certainly felt secure and safe there. We could hear neighborhood noises from the master bedroom, but the people who stayed in the other bedrooms didn’t seem to notice it.It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to most places. You’ll need a rental car if you stay here as it is not in walking distance to grocery stores or restaurants. Also, the water isn’t filtered so you’ll need to buy bottled water.

Space and location

Thank you, Sonja and Ray, for sharing your home. The spaces, indoor and outside, are beautiful and easily accommodated our six adults.The area is a bit remote, but we took advantage of Sonja's excellent grocery shopping service, spent time at Saunder's beach, and took the jitney or Cheryl's taxi when we needed something more time or place specific. We did not have a car and found that very manageable. The local Shell station had a few items, such as bottled water and ice cream, when we needed it.Highly recommend Ardastra Gardens and Clifton Heritage Park Snorkel tour, and of course, Saunders Beach!

Family Vacation

This home was the perfect spot for our family to stay. With young kids, sharing a room at a resort is not a great option. This beautiful home allowed us to relax by the pool or walk to the beach with ease. Access to a well appointed kitchen was also great. Thanks for letting us stay!

Such a great place with awesome hosts

We loved everything about our stay. The hosts are so gracious and helpful. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Though a bit dated we found it very comfortable and so close to an amazing beach. The pool was refreshing and the location was close to everything.

We had an amazing stay in Nassau at Ray and Sonja’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The house itself was stunning—each room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a propane grill which we loved using. The backyard and pool were a 10/10—absolutely perfect for relaxing. We were in awe of all the lush plants surrounding the yard; it truly felt like a tropical paradise.The location was also great, with so much to do nearby. We’re so grateful to have stayed here—thank you so much for hosting our family!

A gem of a location for my family.

A beautiful home with a lovely pool surrounded by a beautiful yard. The house was clean and safe. The kitchen was very user friendly and the beds were comfortable. The pool area had plenty of space in the shade and sun, plus its cleaned twice weekly.The location of the house was nice. Easy walk to a beach, easy to drive to most places. We rented a car, but chose to hire a taxi when going to busier places where the parking would be less likely.Would certainly stay again!

Lovely property, especially outdoor space

Very very comfortable. Great bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor grill worked great. We enjoyed exploring the island and cooking and relaxing on the premises. Great to have outdoor dining area as well as lounging areas.

100% as advertised

This property is exactly as advertised. The owners were really great people, and unlike some properties, you actually deal directly with the owners. Happy way between downtown and Baha Mar as well as easy access to the airport and other parts of the island. Security and neighborhood were more than acceptable. We have no problem saying we will stay here on all future visits to Nassau.

Weeks stay

We visited this lovely home for 1 week. Had a couple of issues that were resolved straight away.. 10 mins from cafe/bars etc. Lots of things to use in the villa and loads of beach towels/chairs etc. It's not a modern home but was brilliant for what we needed. Pool area excellent!! Sonja very happy to help - overall excellent stay..

Wonderful home, super close to the beach!

Great place to stay, comfortable, with everything we needed. Ray & Sonja were great and took care of everything! We truly enjoyed our vacation and this house made it perfect! Bring your earplugs as the neighboring homes let their dogs bark all night.

Lovely 10 day break

This has got to be one of the best properties we have stayed in. Spacious, close to the beach, easy access to / from the property. Nice pool and outdoor area (including gas BBQ, dining area, covered seating area and 4 lounger beds by the pool. There was some confusion as the listing at the time we booked described the property as being 2 and 4 bedroomed. There are definitely 4 bedrooms - all upstairs (1 en-suite) and of a good standard. Beds really comfortable. KFC, Burger King, off licence and garage nearby. Restaurants / shops a 5-10 minute drive. (Taxi $20 on-way). Supermarket 20 mins drive. Hosts incredibly responsive - we had a couple of small issues which they responded to within minutes. Thanks for taking care of us.

5 Star family getaway

My adult kids and I had a great experience at this property. It was spacious, clean and safe/secure. The outdoor areas and landscaping are truly beautiful. Pool was perfect for a dip anytime of the day. Lots of towels for the pool and beach which was only a 2 minute walk away. Close to the downtown area and restaurant (even though we took advantage of the kitchen and cooked in a serveral times.)I would recommend to anyone who visits The Bahamas.

A great place to experience local Bahamas

We had a VERY relaxing time at the property. Ray and Sonia were wonderful hosts and were very responsive and helpful during the entire stay. We loved the easy walking distance to Saunders beach…never crowded, very local and friendly. Just a great family location…beautiful home, fantastic pool and close to great local places to eat within walking distance…we hope to return very soon!
