The lack of service did not even come close to the money spent at this resort. Dinner reservations were consistently 45min to an hour after set time. On three occasions for dinner, we had to ask multiple times for basic things like water, coffee etc. Food not prepared as requsted (Steak) came well done when asked for rare. Just basic things, like no water at the outsidde bars. Bars consistantly out of basic ingridents to make their "signature" cocktails. Ordering for kids, always out of apple juice, tea, chocolate milk. At the pizza place, they ran out of deep dish cheese pizza. After four days, it became comical in a sad way whenever a basic request was not able to be fulfilled. For the amount of money paid at this resort, I expect a decent level of service. None here. There were so many other things we finally scheduled a meeting with the executive manager and he was 20min late for that. On and On.
