Nauti upeasta terassista upealla merinäköalalla uima-altaan vieressä. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu omakotitalo, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät merelle! Snorkkeli / ui meressä ja käy yhdellä kauniista, värikkäistä koralliriutat tai sukellus / kaloja Snappersille ja hummereille Takapihastamme! Ulkoalueella on katettu terassi viereisellä pesukone / kuivausrumpuhuoneella.
On kolme makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, iso vaatehuone, yhdistävä kylpyhuone ja merinäköala. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja merinäköala. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on TV ja DVD-soitin. Mukana on nopea Internet, vain kannettava tietokone. Kaunis avoin olohuone, ruokasali ja keittiö, kaikista merinäköalalla. Mene nukkumaan riippumatossa, keinu (saari-tyyliin) merileivän alla. Rentoudu ja rentoudu istuessasi loungetuoleissamme ja tuntemalla valtameren tuulta! Rakastat yksityiskotiamme / uima-allasta.

Villa on internet / kaapeli valmis. Se on kolmen (3) minuutin ajomatkan päässä ruokakaupasta. Wendyn ja Dominon pizza ovat viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä.
On olemassa täydellinen yksityisyys Ocean Front Villa, koska se on täysin suljettu, ja puinen pikku-aita tekee uima-allas ja taka patio toimintaa hyvin yksityisiä.

Marina Villagessa Atlantis Resortissa on monia ravintoloita, kuten Carmine, Bimini Road, Cafe Martinique, Market Place, SeaFire, Ben & Jerry's jäätelö ja Starbucks.

Siellä on Yksi ja ainoa Ocean Club ja Atlantis, jolla on upeat golfkentät, snorklaus, veneily, delfiinikokeilut, Para-purjehdus ja Bo-Hingy-vene, joka voi viedä vierailijat läheiselle saarille nimeltä Harbour Island nähdäkseen upea vaaleanpunaiset hiekkarannat.

Bay Street, keskusta on 18 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Villa. Sieltä löydät olkimarkkinat, romukakkutehtaan, Senior Frogs -baarin ja ravintolan, Governors-talon, Lucianon ravintolan, vain muutamia mainitakseni.

Toisaalta, Ocean Front Villa on hiljainen, rentouttava poistumismahdollisuus, jossa voit rentoutua upeaan Ocean Front -patioon ja nauttia rauhoittavista valtameren äänistä, jotka näyttävät vapauttavan rauhan / rauhallisuuden tunteen ja nauttia pienestä vähän taivasta maan päällä!

The villa was pretty much as described in the listing. Cathy was a superb host who dealt with minor issues promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond what was required to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. A car is essential in order to get to supermarkets and Nassau, which is just 15-20 minutes away.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The only issue was the inflateable kayaks had leaks in them and were unusable. We didn't much day time at the house anyway.Family had a great, relaxing, well needed vacation. Lots of games and puzzles.

We had a wonderfull vacation at this Villa. Very well located on the sea with several activities on site and near by.We were well supported by the host on planning our trip including several tips. As a note, a car is a must to visit the island.

Location is beautiful and quiet, it’s just aways from town. We rented a car since there were 7 of us and that worked just perfect. Host is excellent at responding and communicating. We had a great time! Pool was nice, although we did swim in the ocean everyday.

Positives: Beautiful location/views, very comfortable beds, excellent working A/C in the master bedroom and kitchen/living areas, fast responses from the host.Negatives: The keyless entry door lock kept malfunctioning. Initially we were locked in but the host responded quickly and a locksmith arrived within an hour to change the code. The next evening we got locked out, the host sent the locksmith again. The next day we tested it before going out and it didn’t work, so we decided to stay in for our final day. The majority of the windows either do not open or only open 2 - 4 inches. Every window and the back door have steel bars, if there were a fire and you could not get to the front door you would be trapped, (provided the keyless entry did not malfunction and lock you in). There really isn’t a jacuzzi tub because the drain stopper does not work, so you cannot fill the tub to use it. There was ZERO water pressure when taking a shower. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were all ripped with the cotton stuffing falling out. The planters around the pool were filled with dead plants. The home needs a lot of updating and better maintenance. The A/C in the guest room with the full size bed did not work. We didn’t try the A/C in the guest bedroom with the 2 single beds.

What a wonderful location right on the sea. Over the wall is a series of platforms with steps leading directly into the ocean. Some days the sea was somewhat rough, but others it was placid and you could get in easily and swim and snorkel in the clear water. A/C worked well in the property and it was a quiet location. The property had tons of towels and was decently well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The hammock in the back was a lovely spot to relax along with the deck chairs. Some elements were a bit tired or showing some age, but overall, it was a great stay.

Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall, amazing place. You can't beat the views and peaceful seclusion. If you want a place to just be alone, this is the place. We had such a blast with my kids swimming on the reef, that the pool seemed kind of pointless and dirty compared to how crystal clear and calm the ocean was. Beach is more of a locals beach (not maintained with a good amount of broken glass), but had it all to ourselves. 20 minute drive from all the main attractions of the island, if you want to go out. Only negative is a lot of stuff is showing significant wear. Dishwasher leaks, we had no running water for 2 hours due to an old electrical issues, cracks in tiles out back, etc.

The views were amazing, the people were amazing, the staff were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be going back annually. 10/10 recommend and I’m extremely picky about where I stay! Cathy is fantastic to work with, she replies super quickly and communication is similar to that a 5-star resort. There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, they have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, everything you would ever need is there. Highly recommend this place to anyone even considering going to Nassau, the location was safe and secure!

Lovely setting. Easy to find. Fully equipped. Clean. Could do with updating as looked a bit tired. You definitely needed a car for that end of the island to get to places of interest. We were very happy with our stay there. Lovely to wake up with the beautiful blue waters.

The name of the home says it all, ocean paradise! Communication with the host was easy & check-in was smooth. The home had everything we needed for our stay: plenty of "beach" towels, shower towels, kitchen cups & plates, coffee maker, and lots of space. Bonus extras included the pool, Adirondack chairs with gorgeous ocean views, kayaks, and water shoes (really useful because the ocean floor is rocky). The water is clear, we saw a few little fish and a sting ray and we spent lots of time enjoying the views and water. We loved our time and would recommend to any family or visitor!

We loved our house in the Bahamas! Morning sun and shaded porch in the afternoons. Close to several local beaches. We especially enjoyed being in an area that was less ‘touristy’, but close enough to everything we wanted to do with our rental car. Property has all the comforts we wanted for my husband and I and our 1 20yt old daughters.

We have done many VRBO this place was a great find. It is a wee bit dated which for us was just fine. Everything in the place was clean and maintained. We had a bit of a dilemma when the hot water tank died on us Cathy was on it and it was replaced the very next day. We really appreciated this. Only thing we regretted was only booking for a week. Two weeks would not have been enough. When we had to stay on for a bit on check out date because of various reason Cathy was very gracious and gave us a bit of extra time. Again so very appreciative. Dont be afraid of booking here the place is clean and very safe.

We flew down for a family vacation and this home is absolutely stunning. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. There were 6 adults and we had more than enough room. The hammock was a family favorite. Watching the sunrise from the patio is a must! The pool was amazing. Saved to favorites because we will stay there again. Great communication with owner and gave us great advice. Download WhatsApp because that is where check in instructions will be sent. A Taxi into town is approx $50-60 one way so check on renting a car as it could be a little cheaper if you have a smaller group.

Suggest you rent a car for at least a portion of trip unless you just want to kick back at house for your whole stay..suggest you don’t do the grocery delivery..serious price increases but that is not on this host! House as clean and well appointed…spent a lot of time in pool and on back porch!

Nice very spacious house, we went snorkeling right at property! Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores restaurants other beaches. The owner was very easy to reach and replied quickly to any questions we had. People have recommended updating property-I did not find any issues other than back patio having cracks due to weather. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, pool was very clean-there was snorkeling gear, floaties for the pool and fishing poles. The owner had water filtration on kitchen sink, and a water cooler with plenty of water to replace if needed. The only thing I would recommend would be beach towels and a cooler to possibly take to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone!

The house is beautiful and well located if you have a rental car. Buses don’t go that far and taxis are very expensive. Renting a car is a must do! :) The owner was nice and helpful. She sends a very helpful document in advance. The water in front is very nice! We saw many huge fish and sting rays. The pool is very nice and very warm which was very nice for us. The only two things that were negative about this property were that a lot of cooking utensils are missing (no scisors, etc…) and the beds are not comfortable. The matresses definitely need to be changed. There are foam matresses on top of every bed, but the original matresses are sagging. My boyfriend has back problem so it was a big issue for him. It was not such a big issue for our daughters. It is just something that you need to be aware of if you decide to book this house. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommand this property anytime!
