”This is a huge hotel. It felt like it was too big and so maintenance and cleanliness was compromised. My booking was for 3 adults and 2 children and when we booked in, we had to ask for extra towels and pillows as they did not acknowledge the number of people the booking was made for. Also, there was a dead mouse in our room which seemed like it had been there for a while. The staff were very responsive as soon as we reported it. They cleared it and gave us another room.

”The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...
