This hotel is gross. The pool is black and filled with trash. The rooms were musty. The carpets were dirty. The walls were dirty. We did not stay. We got a refund and left.

Hotel staff placed me in a room that clearly had water damage/mold. The room smelled terrible and you could see mold on the lamp shades. There was also ash on the pillowcase. Unfortunately no other hotel had availability so we couldn’t leave. We were given a better room that was much cleaner but the damage was already done. The pool and hot tub look gross. Customer service was terrible. Stay elsewhere!

The property is undergoing renovation. It is overdue. The layout of the Hotel is gorgeous. But it needs a lot of loving care to bring it back to the glory it had in years past. I would stay here again understanding that once the renovation is going to be beautiful.

Desk clerk had no idea of room location, first room faced a wall six feet from window. Second room chosen after I walked halls to locate adequate location- very time consuming. Second room, #330 had good view, but three of six light bulbs missing and no smoke alarm. This could be a nice stay with some quality control-

Surprised that the property was rated an 8/10 on Expedia. The bathroom needs work, the air conditioner was loud, and the overall condition of the property was very tired.

This hotel needs to be either gutted or burned down. The carpet was filthy, the furniture old and scarred and the bathroom was nasty.

There were some maintenance issues with my room. The AC unit was broken and there was rust on every metal fixture. It talking with the manager, the entire hotel was about to be renovated. The view from my room was amazing down the Mississippi River, and the bed was comfortable. Once the renovation is complete, it would be an amazing place to stay.

I usually don't even bother to mention anything, but the fact that I was in and out of the room all night due to being so uncomfortable,this property was completely ran down the beds were hard, there was only one light working in my room in the bathroom. The water had a color, the carpets were completely stained from the entrance into the actual room. When I woke up in the morning there was a huge brown spider in my towels on the counter. No I work in a hotel, for a different brand and usually I never judge any brand based on who owns what but this property needs to be closed down. I was not greeted my keys were given to me without even my ID asked, there are so many safety concerns about this hotel I wanted to stop by the front desk and speak with management about at least a refund on a portion of this stay. But upon leaving there was nobody at the front desk, me being in the hotel industry I understand helping other guests in the back but I was in the lobby for 5 minutes with nobody there. I am very disappointed with this stay, and would be requesting the property to contact me as soon as possible my phone number is correct in my folio.

The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. However, upon entering the first room assigned to me, I noticed several maintenance issues. The bathroom ceiling exhibited signs of mold, the bathroom door showed signs of rust, and the AC unit was not properly installed, resulting in visible gaps. Upon informing the front desk clerk about these concerns, I was promptly assigned another room. In this room, however, I encountered a few more challenges. The refrigerator was old and showed signs of rust, with paint peeling off. Additionally, the lighting fixtures were not functional, and the lamps were visibly aged and rusty. The rooms also had a distinct smell of mold and mildew. Considering these conditions, I made the decision to check out and seek alternative accommodation.

The beds were comfortable and staff is friendly. It’s fine if you just need a place to stay for the night. It definitely needs some updates and a thorough cleaning but over all was ok for the price.

Potentially a GREAT hotel with a view of the river. Across the street from the Natchez National Historical Park. Great prices but the restaurant is closed and there are many empty rooms.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and this was the first time I have ever regretted it. The lamps in my room were pitted and rusted. The chair back was torn off the frame and the metallic parts were pitted and rusted. The rust was clearly visible and was too much to not notice. The bathtub anti-slip liner was peeling and coming loose. The door lock was covered in paint, pitted and rusted. I took pictures and showed these to the manager who wrote down everything for repairs. The hotel is scheduled for maintenance so hopefully it will be better soon.

Pet friendly but fee to have them. FRIENDLY? All 3 ice machines non working!!! The room was neat, we always spray EVERYTHING with disinfectant, plenty towels. Not enough coffee pods for 3 adults for evening and morning cups! No channel guide, remote needed batteries, limited channel viewing, small flat screen. Office staff short on customer service.

No Kleenex in the room. Not enough towels and wash clothes. No housekeeping. The pool and hot tub outside our window was disgusting with bags of garbage floating in them. Too bad as the view of the Mississippi River was beautiful.

Don’t do it!
Just DON’T!! I have stayed in the Vue twice before a few years ago, so I frankly was amazed at how ratty the condition of the rooms and hallways. Stained, sticky surfaces, dirt in bathtub and sink, filthy microwave and food left in refrigerator. The only high spot beds were comfortable. The lobby was nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I frankly felt bad for them knowing that the complaints must be many. The hotel and the lounge were supposedly under remodeling. I never attempted to even look at the pool, but I felt that most likely this wasn’t true. It was just closed down. This was irritating but we chose this one so that we would not have to return back to our vehicle to go have dinner so instead we had to order in a pizza. Overall, don’t don’t stay.

Whole property was in a state of disrepair. One door was boarded up on side. Bathroom vent fan was falling off and not working. Fixtures were heavily rusted. Month-old roadkill was in the parking lot near front door. Property is unacceptably not taken care of.

There was mold in the bathroom. Upon check out I was told that that room should not have been rented out. We didn’t stay the second night because of the mold. I prepaid through Expedia so the hotel wouldn’t return my second night stay that we didn’t use. Would like to be reimbursed for the second, unused night

Absolute filth!
Had to change/switch rooms a couple different times because the first couple of rooms were very filthy all the way down to the pee stained sheets. Service was poor at best and this place had no breakfast at all. Which hotel does that in 2024? This place was sickening. By far my worst hotel stay experience ever. Totally trash! Do yourself a favor and don't ever stay here.
