”Carlos was super awesome. So accommodating and friendly. I was a bit of a Karen about the initial room we got and he without hesitation showed us another and made it happen in minutes... this man needs a raise! ”
”This is wonderful hotel and I have stayed here at least one night for many years. It is 45 minutes from Boston-Logan and does not have a parking fee. The renovated room was great with nice floor finish, contemporary style, comfortable beds and pillows, nice toiletries in bathroom, a desk with chair which is a must. Would stay here for several more years to come.”
