Modern Cutie

The modern and upgraded space is a perfect alternative to a hotel room. It is a 400 sqft. space that is part of a duplex and has its own private entrance and fenced yard space. It is located in an urban up and coming neighborhood of San Diego (some houses still need some love and updating in the neighborhood). It really can't be described as being located in a walkable community but it is within minutes to downtown and other fun attractions. This is the perfect launching spot for your trip.
The space
We allow more than two guests but given the space size and layout (also there is an open concept ceiling) it is best suited for no more than 3 guests.
Guest access
Private entrance with a door code for self check-in.
Other things to note
There is free off-street parking and a covered carport space right outside the unit. The carport space is a tight squeeze and if a guest is driving a truck or larger car may not fit and need to be parked on the street just down the driveway,.
