”This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. ”Legendary hotel with good location. Only negative was a billing policy. For example if you take drinks in the bar on room bill, you have to pay extra. Very strange practise. But hotel is nice and service was friendly and polite. Like a good old days.”

”Staff was amazing I was there in Memphis for my grandma funeral and they treated me sooo well even tho my visit was a sad occasion they made sure me and my son was safe and welcome there was a dog barking on the middle of the day and the staff got right on it move me to a different room and was very helpful. I left earlier then book due to not feeling well and the evening guy that work Saturday showed me how to use a Lyft to get me back to Amtrak insured me & my son was safe i never traveled...

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....
