”An absolute nightmare and deeply disappointing experience at this location, involving three different rooms, none of which met basic cleanliness standards.
Room 1: Encountered hair on towels and bedding, plus visible footprints on the floor.
Room 2: The refrigerator and phone were broken. Turning on the AC produced a heavy musty smell, and the pillow was stained with ink. When I brought the pillow to the front desk, the staff was hostile and dismissive.
