”Well i didnt like the fact that we weren't told about the remodel process that was taking place when we stayed there. They had a full crew working inside and out . We couldn't even park by the building because they were spray painting the outside. And inside they were patching h i les and painting and up grading fixtures . Which I'm sure will look great once finished. And the other thing that didn't sit well with us was the fact that they needed to warn people about not keeping anything of value...

”We were at a wedding in Placerville, CA on October 9th. We had to leave early because our son at home was not feeling well. We were two hours away. We went to the hotel to explain the situation and they said we had to discuss it with Expedia since we made our reservations through them. Expedia was willing to refund us the night but had to be approved by the manager at the hotel. After three days of trying to get the refund approval, we received an email saying that the hotel manager was never...

”Arrived on a Friday and didn’t get housekeeping services until Monday, the day before we were scheduled to check out. And this was after I had asked for the services twice before. There were 3 of us staying in the room and they only provided 2 sets of towels, one small bar of hand soap and 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. We had to ask for linens for the sofa bed.”

”the room was awful the door frame had been busyed like the door was kicked in, there some kind of splatter either blood or mud or soda everywhere in the room, there was some kind of grease all over the air conditioner, the smoke detector was on the desk, the room smelled awful you could definitely tell people had been smoking in the room because it was very strong, the outside had garbage everywhere, no trash receptical in the room for garbage. That was the worst place that I have ever stayed in...

”Very clean. Nice fluffy towels. Bathroom light switches were a bit wonky, being far from the bathroom door on the outside. Make sure that there isn’t a wedding reception right outside your window if you are an early to bed type.”

”Property is well kept with a microwave and refrigerator in each room and thoughtfully laid out, with a desk and comfortable chair for working. There is an on-site swimming pool and spa. The staff was mostly friendly and very helpful. The on-site restaurant is just a few tables and chairs, but the food was pretty good, and children eat breakfast for free and dinner is free for them, too, as long as they order off of the specific kid's menu and adults put in an order, as well.”
