”Great stay”

”Good location for stopping over on a long drive. Air conditioner was loud and the room smelled odd. Bed was good.”

”Very clean room, beautiful hotel. The only issue i had was the parking lot was awkwardly located from the hotel. Not really far but a good walk to the entrance to the hotel entrance. Luckily I love walking and doing steps is not a problem for me.”

”Bad smell. Plug in device to try to cover up smell. Felt dirty. Waited at front desk for assistance for more than 10 minutes and tried to call twice to get staff but no one came to desk or answered phone.”

”I made my reservation through Expedia, I made it for a Friday to Saturday. About a 1 1/2 wks before my stay, I called the hotel and asked if I could add a thursday and I was told I could. I Get to the hotel, check-in very easy, hotel very clean. Friday morning, I get a knock on my door asking if we’re checking out. I told them no we don’t check out until Saturday. Then I get a call from the front desk saying our reservation was for Thursday to Friday not Saturday. I pulled up my paperwork told...

”The room was large and clean. The front desk help (Erin) was very helpful when we arrived and found our room. The location is close to much in Wilkes Barre.”

”I asked the receptionist if they are charging my credit card instantly and then issuing a refund or if they are just holding it on file. She couldn’t answer me. The staff acts like they don’t want to be there. There were roaches in the room and stains on the sheets and pillows. The bedding was very old and worn out.”
