”The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!”

”Half the resort was closed for construction. No mention of this when I booked the resort. This was my 3rd time and I’m very disappointed. I only came back from the good experience. This is unacceptable!”

”If could give this hotel 1,000 stars, I would! The decor was absolutely stunning and reminded us of our favorite places in Puerto Vallarta. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the two fireplaces made for the perfect nightcap and a truly relaxing evening. The staff at the front desk were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, including Le Labo shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion (the same brand sold at Nordstrom). The view was breathtaking, and to top...

”The breakfast food (milk, juice, eggs) was not fresh. We both got food poisoning”

”The staff were wonderful and ever so helpful. I would come back just for them. However, the bed was a little rough to sleep on. You can feel the springs. If the bed situation was changed I’d come here year after year.”

”We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. ”

”Great location, very clean and decent. The only thing i can say is that there’s only one thrash can. Bathroom doesnt have one. My wish, could have sausage for breakfast. Overall nice and comfortable 1 night stay.”

”The building and room were excellent. I parked off street and was steps from my room. I ordered a pizza and the delivery was smooth! The bed was amazing and I loved the sheets! The bathroom is upgraded and nicely done. I had an appointment early and the Villa is centrally located in San Clemente and the traffic was good too! I enjoyed my stay and will return! Christy B”

”Best view in all of Laguna beach the room was so nice the highlight was the staff and valet from Tyson to Katie to Gabe to Kyle 10 star service we will be visiting again and are so thankful they made sure our days on vacation were very special thank you all so much!!!”
