”Very clean. They got 100% on Sanitation Certification. The mattress had a bed bug protective encasement. I checked anyway. No bugs anywhere inside or out. They have a coffee maker w/supplies to make two cups of coffee. There was a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The bed was very comfortable. Not too firm but not too soft. Very pleasant owners. Easy to check in and easy to check out. It is on Scenic Hwy 64 and we went during high season so motorcycles some trucks but after 11 pm it was...

”We've been three times now, because every time we go, the staff is so kind and welcoming. We stay in the lodge right below the restaurant, so it's just a quick walk upstairs to excellent food and service. The little handmade soaps in the rooms are wonderful. And the beds are fluffy and comfortable. We love sitting outside our room in the rocking chairs and enjoying the mountain air. We'll definitely be back again!”

”All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Linens were very clean including towels. However, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They were super hard and lumpy. The bathroom tiles on the walls need more attention to remove the mildew. Other than that, you can have a quiet night’s sleep.”

”No Kleenex in the room and the room smelled, the mattress was horrible, and everything was run down. In the morning there was no staff at the office. I rang the bell multiple times. The continental breakfast (7-10am) was wiped out except for cereal with no milk. The keurig was out of water and I couldn’t find a staff member for anything. It was the worst choice I’ve ever made and I’m still apologizing to my wife for picking such a disaster.”

”I couldn’t get checked in until well past the published check in time. The room charges were overpriced from my perspective. I made the reservation to be able to take advantage of the rooftop restaurant. However it was closed for a wedding party. If I had known when making the reservation I would have driven down to Canton instead. My room faced the street, and the room was not well insulated for sound suppression. When the bars closed you could hear people talking and cars on the road....

”We have stayed here multiple times. This time, the room was not stocked, the table was missing, no hair dryer, no tissues, etc. it did have towels and shampoo/conditioner. I did call and they got a hair dryer and 2 hangers when I called them. The code entry wasn’t working so we had to keep track of a key this time. The workers that are staying there are okay.
