”Spent the extra to have a hot tub and breakfast, breakfast was yogurt or a waffle with a 1 cup of coffee limit and the hot tub was broken. Only 1 ice machine throughout the entire facility was functioning and the staff was less than helpful with anything.”

No wall fold down chair or shower removable chair. When questioned staff they stated that they meet ADA requirements! Yet they have violated every clause of ADA, false advertising. I could not use there breakfast amenities due to no room for someone in a wheelchair or for that matter a walker would not get through their facilities! If...

”The properties location is ideal for walking to the downtown area where a number of restaurants / shopping are located. Walking distance to Sheplers Ferry vs taking the shuttle. Also close to the Mackinaw Bridge if you want to go to the city. The property is recently renovated but still clean. Is a bit outdated and the hallways have a musty smell due to the carpet but I felt like it was clean. Breakfast was crowded and often running out.
