”The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. ”We had a wonderful stay! It was quiet and clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. Kids loved the pool. Close to everything- beach, food and shopping.”

”The staff was very pleasant, my room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, other aspects of the room were sorely lacking. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet seat did not fit straight, the carpeting was terribly stained, the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the overall look was very dated. I understand the inn is about to undergo a big upgrade, and that's a good thing. It's needed.”

”This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”

”We loved our stay at Surfside Inn, and look forward to visiting again soon. Laura was delightful and very helpful. In addition, it is the perfect place to stay. It's location is perfect, walking distance to Lighthouse Beach (I mean mere foot steps), and walking distance to downtown Chatham.”

”The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door.”

”The cottage and room was very clean. The staff at registration and parking were very helpful. The private beach and beach amenities were a nice perk. Pool was clean but we didn’t use it. Only two minor issues we had were wasps got in our second floor room, twice. And housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels one morning. Otherwise 5/5! Excellent location too!”

”Hotel's beach and pool were great. Walking opportunity to a lighthouse nearby lovely. The hotel was nice but there was a lot of sand on The floor. When we mentioned about it, it was cleaned partly but not everything. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Sesuit house! Our room was small and older, but clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing location, close proximity to Mayflower Beach where we enjoyed the amazing tide pools and sunset. A great place to stay mid Cape!”

”Our family summer trip was ruined by this hotel. The front desk was immediately rude and dismissive, acting annoyed when we asked about basic amenities clearly listed in our reservation. The room was a joke. We were given one king bed for multiple guests, and instead of fixing it, they blamed the booking site. The “extra bed” was a rusty frame with a sagging, broken mattress that no one should ever sleep on. Then came the deal‑breaker: bugs. On night one, ticks were crawling on the sheets....
