”The property was modern and clean with plenty of cozy common areas to enjoy. We didn’t have time to go in the hot tub and sauna but they looked inviting. Our room was wonderful! We had a separate cottage suite with a private outside space a nice inside seating area. It was clean and attractive and comfortable. The host was amazing! I wish we had stayed longer.”

”Very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. We visited in late October, so we had the place to ourselves. Beaches are walkable, the area is safe and mostly residential. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great quality for a good price. Note: The Town of Yarmouth is working on a huge water project around the hotel. This could be disturbing to some visitors. Check with the desk for updates. :)”

”Quite clean. But there are some basic things that need attention: The front curtains are So difficult to draw closed when leaving the unit for town; Replace with levelors. There is deferred maintenance that makes the unit feel a bit dated. Do a complete check. Fabulous shower and bathroom!”

”The staff were all lovely. Our room was facing the water and that was a great perk. It’s a bit away from the downtown area but it’s one of the bike and scooter stops so we enjoyed that. We will stay here again!”

”Highly recommend. From check in to check out, the service was friendly, responsive and courteous. The room was also a great surprise. Large room with a large bathroom.Well appointed with a nice balcony. Good bathroom lighting for make-up and easy for two people to get ready at the same time. Beds were heavenly! And every evening they came by with old school turn down service with chocolates. And when I checked out, there was a cookie thank you bag. Highly recommend. ”
