Summerwind West features unit 503. The vacation rental has a very calming green color theme. The unit is very nicely decorated and has a show of the beach with pelicans and chests throughout. This beautiful home is beachfront and has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen area is fully equipped to handle any cooking request that might come your way. The glassed dining room table sits atop a big chest and features a nice iron light fixture. This is a perfect setting for a nice relaxing meal in a beautiful home on Navarre Beach. As you get comfortable after a meal you can relax on two sofas with blue and green palm trees while watching TV. A nice ceiling fan rounds out this comfortable room. The primary bedroom features an en sutie bathroom and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony for your own little piece of paradise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
