This brand-new home checks all the boxes! Spacious one level living only 4 miles to peaceful Navarre Beach and close enough to hop over to Pensacola Beach to the west or Fort Walton Beach to the east.

Navarre Beach offers miles of sugary white sandy beaches with the clearest emerald, green waters you will ever see that connect to the prettiest deepest blues on the horizon and some of the best Seashells the ocean has.There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one level with one small step at the front door.

The oversized Primary bedroom has a King size bed, a ceiling fan, a Roku TV, 2 walk-in closets and black out curtains. The primary bathroom features his and her vanities and a large walk-in shower (no tub).

The 3 secondary bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home which our guests frequently mention how nice the layout is. Bedroom #2 has a King Size Bed with a 46" TV, Bedroom 3 has a Queen Size Bed and a 36" TV, and Bedroom 4 has 2 twin size beds and then a 3rd trundle bed with twin mattress. The full-size laundry room with washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen near the secondary bedrooms.

The open concept living area is very spacious and is furnished with a very comfortable sectional, a 55” Roku TV, trey ceiling and ceiling fan and a wall of windows overlooking the backyard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal and the dining room table seats 8 plus seating for 3 at the island.

Enjoy your morning coffee or the cotton candy sunsets from the covered back patio with an overhead ceiling fan to keep you cool and let the kids play in the large level fenced backyard that features a 4 square net (similar to volleyball but smaller).

We also have 2 collapsible beach chairs and 2 beach shade umbrellas and some beach toys and games provided for your use.

There is parking for 4 vehicles on the level driveway and guests have access to the 2-car garage but we ask you not to park inside the garage.

Navarre Beach is dubbed “Florida’s Most Relaxing Beach” and once you’ve been, you completely understand why. The Pier is a favorite spot because not only is it a great for fishing, but you can also see so much beautiful wildlife including Fred, the local celebrity Blue Heron, all the Sea Turtles and Dolphins and the Manta Rays that love to swim around and greet visitors. It’s also a magnificent backdrop for Sunsets or Sunrises and great photos.

We are located a few minutes off Highway 98 just east of the Navarre Bridge close to shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions. If you enjoy Beach Volleyball, be sure to check out Juana’s Pagoda and pick-up a few games.

We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs that must weigh less than 50 lbs each and there is a $100 Non-refundable Pet fee.

The nearby Naval Air Base is home to the Blue Angels and other military aircraft that you may see conducting training and flying over the ocean. You may hear loud booms, called “Sounds of Freedom” at times. They are infrequent and do not occur overnight.

Large gatherings, Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are NOT ALLOWED, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Should you violate these rules, your stay will be immediately terminated without refunds.
