Soak up the sun and take in the sound side views at the perfect Navarre Beach location! This spacious townhome is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and Fishing Pier and walking distance to every restaurant on the island.
The space
Walk up from the 3 parking spots under the townhome and into the main floor living space. This floor has a large kitchen, dining for all guests, comfortable living room overlooking the sound and boat ramp. This level also has a full bathroom, a balcony off the kitchen and a large deck off the living room to relax and take it all in. The 3rd floor is where you'll find the master bedroom, bathroom, second bedroom and another soundside balcony to gaze at the water.

The master bedroom boasts a king size PURPLE mattress, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a pull out sofa. Feel at home in this freshly renovated, private space complete with new beach themed furniture and decor. Find everything you could ever need in the fully stocked kitchen (minus the food of course) if you desire to cook a meal, or take a stroll to one of Navarre Beach's restaurants and let them do the cooking for you!

Steps away you'll find the community pool and beyond that is access to the sound where you'll find smooth shallow water perfect for lounging and playing in the water for the littles and on days when the Gulf is too rough to swim. Our sound access includes use of the pavilion, dock and even a boat slip if you'd like to bring your water craft.

Relax in the sand on the sound or take a walk along the water of the Santa Rosa Sound and grab a bite or a drink at Juana's. A short walk out the front of the complex to the east brings you to the Navarre Beach fishing pier and beach. If you prefer a quieter beach experience, take a short walk out the front and to the west takes you ti a crossover beach access next to the Caribbean Resort tower.
