Welcome to our HOME! We say the word "home" because we aren't a corporate rental agency managing tons of houses. We are inviting you to our home to make memories and enjoy many of the things we love about Navarre Beach.

Bring your family and unplug from the stress of everyday life. Locals call Navarre Beach "The Island" and for good reason. Our home is nestled between the blue waters of Santa Rosa sound and the soft powder beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Both can be seen and accessed quickly from our home. Gorgeous beach sunsets, sound of waves crashing, toes in the cool sand and laughs with friends/family (ok and a nap or 2) will all be experienced here! Want to be together? We have lots of space to gather in groups. Want some quiet time? We offer over 3000 square feet and multiple living spaces to spread out.

When you enter the home, you will find everything you need right in front of you for a wonderful stay. To your left is an inviting family room with tons of comfortable seating, large screen TV and all the comforts of home. Just past the seat area are two sliding doors that lead you to a huge first level covered deck that spans 10x30 feet.
There are two bar height tables surrounded by 4 chairs on each end to enjoy meals or a good card game while seeing the bay water.

Directly in front of you is a huge kitchen area with an oversized island and barstool seating surrounding it. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you will need to cook your favorite meal including a double oven.

To your right is a short walk to the half bathroom on the right. Continue straight into the master suite on the mail level on the left. This room provides comfort and privacy while having easy access to all of the main areas.

Take an immediate left and walk up the custom wooden steps to the next level of the home. At the top of stairs a left takes you to the upstairs sitting area equipped with a comfortable couch, 2 leather chairs and a flat screen TV. Right off this room is the Master Suite on the top level. This room is the crown jewel of the home and the ultimate comfort area. Enjoy the large walk-in tile shower, soft king bed or go through the siding doors out to the 2nd 9x30 covered porch. This porch has a bar height dining table and chairs that seats 6. This also offers the best views from our home of the Santa Rosa sound.

Across from the top of the stairs is a walk-in laundry room equipped with High Efficiency washer and dryer. To the right you will find the other two bedrooms in the home. Both spacious rooms share a Jack and Jill bath and shower as well has access to the balcony on the back of our home. From that view you can both see and hear the waves of the ocean.

As you can hopefully see, this home has it all. The only sadness you will experience is when you have to leave. Don't take my word for it - come experience for yourself!
